Sino-Russian Scientific And Technological Cooperation Research Under The Background Of “One Belt, One Road”

Today,science and technology innovation is an important means of strengthening the country's international competitiveness,international cooperation in science and technology is an important driving force of the development of the world economy.This article is based on the "The Belt and Road" initiative background,combined with the research status of domestic technological cooperation between China and Russia,with the combination of theoretical analysis and countermeasure research,comparative analysis and other methods,on the basis of existing research results,different fields of science and technology are put forward for consideration.This article is from the following aspects to write,first of all,on the basis of international division of labor and cooperation theory,analysis the background and practical significance of the Sino Russian cooperation in science and technology;Secondly,through the comparison of both science and technology resources and the level of development,analysis of the current situation and potential of Sino Russian cooperation in science and technology,point out the problems such as science and technology for positioning errors,constraints in the field of cooperation and put forward specific measures;third,from the current international cooperation to promote the government,intermediary mode the two sides,explore the feasible mode of cooperation,for example to build industrial park,industry and research integration;finally,based on the strategic docking situation,from the macro,meso and micro three aspects of overall layout and technological cooperation between China and Russia to put forward specific analysis.
