live,not for frying" and other important arguments.“To speed up the establishment of multi agent supply,multi-channel support,and the rent and purchase of housing system,all the people living in houses”,as an important goal of building,is clearly stated in the nineteen major reports of the Party.Housing provident fund system is an important institutional arrangement to solve the housing problem.The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the housing problem.From the moment of the birth of the Communist Party,the Communist Party of China took the settlement of the housing problem as an important work.In different historical stages of development,different ways and forms are taken to resolve and meet the most urgent housing demands of the people.Whether it was in the Revolutionary War era,or in the period of socialist construction after the founding of new China,the housing problem has been well solved.After the reform and opening up,the immobility pattern
