Thus it will become an important task which make provident fund more perfect and play a fundamental role in housing security system.This article began with development process of the provident fund, which has ever given great support in the national housing construction and increasing the purchasing power of residents. Through the comparison with the Singapore Central Provident Fund, China provident fund system set up in special purpose and function. Locate housing fund at this stage is important and difficult. Through determining the fund's security and fairness, the provident fund should play a fundamental role in China's housing security system, but the current performance of the provident fund is far from its due role.Equity is an important concept which has been the pursuit of any social system.
