Research On Operation Mechanism And Cooperation Mechanism Of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing

Small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming more and more important driving force to promote the social and economic development of our country,and the financing problem has become an important factor hindering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The central and local governments have adopted various policies to promote the development of intellectual property pledge financing business.Despite the enthusiasm of the government,the practice of promoting business development by all parties involved is not ideal.Some important theoretical and practical problems have not been well solved.Aiming at the influencing factors,operation mechanism and cooperation mechanism of intellectual property pledge financing,the following research is carried out in this paper.(1)Using structural equation model,this paper analyzes the impact of external factors and internal factors,and finally investigates the impact factors of intellectual property pledge financing.The research shows that external factors are the main driving factors to promote the development of intellectual property pledge financing business.Among them,government departments have the greatest impact,followed by banking institutions,and finally intermediary institutions.Compared with the external factors,the internal factors of SMEs play a relatively small role in promoting intellectual property pledge financing business;and the management of intellectual property rights of SMEs is also an important factor restricting the development of this business.(2)A system dynamics model involving the relationships among the financing participants in intellectual property rights,financing enterprises,financial institutions,legal institutions,evaluation institutions and guarantee institutions is constructed.And through simulating the dynamic impact model to reveal the internal mechanism and feedback relationship in the financing process,in order to provide a theoretical framework and practical guidance for the improvement of intellectual property pledge financing business through quantitative analysis mechanism.(3)It is necessary to set up cooperation mechanism in two stages.The first stage is to analyze the cooperation mechanism between intellectual property pledge financing platform and financial institutions.The subject of intellectual property pledge financing is divided into two parts:intellectual property pledge financing platform and financial institution.Evolutionary game theory is used to study the cooperative mechanism of intellectual property pledge financing platform combined with income matrix and replication dynamic equation.Then the effects of interest margin,loan volume,cooperative cost and supervision cost on income distribution are analyzed.The income distribution model of intellectual property pledge financing platform and financial institutions is constructed.(4)Based on the analysis of the cooperative mechanism between the pledge financing platform and the financial institutions,this paper uses the cooperative game theory to study the profit sharing mechanism among the participants in the pledge financing platform.Using the concept of core solution in cooperative game,this paper uses the minimum core method and the improved minimum core method to establish the income distribution model,and the solving steps are given.The example validates the feasibility and validity of the cooperative game method to distribute the income among the partners in the intellectual property pledge financing platform.
