With the aim to relize precision management and traceability of agricultural and forestry products under batch mixing characteristics,this paper studies on simulation modeling of processing,analysis and identification of supply chain traceability information,construction of product batch list and general traceability model of agricultural and forestry products,designs and develops traceability platform of agricultural and forestry product quality and safety under batch mixing characteristics Specific research is as follows(1)The simulation model of agricultural and forestry product processing under batch mixed characteristics was esTablelished and optimizedThis paper takes wheat flour products with batch continuous mixing characteristics and Apple products with batch discrete mixing characteristics as research objects,Flexsim simulation software was used to analyze their processing,and their simulation models were constructed respectively.The data that models need were collected were used to optimize processing.The batch transformation types in the supply chain of agricultural and forestry products were analyzed and summarized,which could better show their batch mixing characteristics.The simulation model of processing constructed in this study can be used for reference in the product processing equipment and process management of agricultural enterprises in the supply chain(2)The construction method of BOL for agricultural and forestry products based on batch mixing was studiedBased on the batch transformation types of agricultural and forestry products,the technical framework and types of information collection in the front,middle and back links of the supply chain with processing links as the center were put forward.The construction model of batch list of wheat flour and Apple products was studied.Based on the parameters of product line,time variables were introduced,and BOL was constructed with the data structure of Gozinto diagram,which realized the product traceability information and the precise traceability of key nodes activity information.That is a precise traceability method for agricultural and forestry products with batch mixing characteristics,which focuses on solving the traceability problems caused by the crossover of traceability information in processing process and batch mixing.(3)The key information identification model of agricultural and forestry products supply chain traceability was studied.On the basis of fishbone diagram of key traceability information affecting the quality and safety of agricultural and forestry products,the consistency and rationality of the selection of traceability information points are comprehensively evaluated by combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The limitations of subjectivity and absoluteness of traditional information selection are solved by qualitative and quantitative analysis,and applied to wheat flour and apple products.The results show that the traceability information selection was reasonable.On this basis,Petri net is used to identify the location of product quality traceability information points and dynamically describe the propagation path of hazard change,which improves the efficiency of searching critical hazard information in processing in product enterprise.(4)The general traceability model of agricultural and forestry products under batch mixing characteristics was studied and validated by an exampleOn the basis of the above research,the general agricultural and forestry product traceability model under batch mixed characteristics was studied,and the formal expression and operation process analysis of the model were carried out.The process of external traceability,internal traceability and quality safety events in the general agricultural and forestry product supply chain was realized.The traceability accuracy of agricultural and forestry products was improved,the recall scope of defect product was reduced,and the quality and searching efficiency of safety hazard factors were improved.The model plays a useful role for aboveThe paper chose wheat flour products as an example to validate model.The traceability model was validated by combining the actual production parameters of a flour factory in Shandong Province.That realized the batch correlation between wheat flour products and raw materials and the prediction of its quality hazard propagation path.It provides theoretical support for the traceability of product processing under batch mixing characteristics.(5)Designed and developed the agricultural and forestry product information traceability system under batch mixed characteristics.A agricultural and forestry product information traceability system with batch mixing characteristics was designed,and the application of traceability model was studied as a key point.The functions includes production,processing,transportation and sales information management,defective product recall scope determination and production problem location.The system mainly serves for production enterprises,and provide fast and accurate information traceability for consumers.The system has been tested by an example,which show it can realize the processing precise management and the product information precise traceability.
