Research And Development Of Binzhou City Agricultural Product Quality And Safety Traceability Management Platform

The construction of quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products is a crucial means to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.With the progress and development of the society,people are increasingly concerned about food safety.The state has introduced several laws regulations and policies in regards to the traceability system of agricultural product quality safety,which it provides a scientific and powerful policy support for the construction of the quality safety traceability system of agricultural products,various regions have carried out research and development of traceability systems.However,there are still many outstanding problems in the construction of the current traceability system,which are mainly manifested in the poor practicality of the traceability system,the relative independence of the traceability system,the incompatibility of the traceability system and the low efficiency of the overall operation.These problems not only caused a waste of traceable information resources but also increased the difficulty of management for related departments.Binzhou as the production base of special agricultural products,has a certain reputation in the whole country for its unique products such as Zhanhua jujube,Yangxin pears,and other agricultural products.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the industry,product quality and safety issues have become increasingly prominent and become the bottleneck for further development of the industry.Through the full use of modern information technology,the quality and safety traceability management platform of agricultural products is set up with the government as the dominant and all kinds of traceability system in the region.It has become an effective measure to improve product quality and create regional brand.This article starts with the needs of Binzhou City's enterprises,governments,and consumers,combines the local characteristics of Binzhou and field surveys of multiple companies,and comprehensively considers the interrelationship among consumers,governments,and corporate,the "Platform + System" traceability mode was built.On the basis of analyzing the demand of different industries,the platform structure based on the SOA was proposed.At the same time,this paper took the Winter jujube as an example and studied the information flow model of the whole industry chain based on the Petri model,and mainly studied the key technologies,including retrospective identification,database connection,and traceability coding improvement.The specific research content and research results are as follows:(1)Research on the "Platform + System" Content of Binzhou's Agricultural Products Traceability PlatformIn view of the construction demand of Binzhou traceability system,we build a traceability platform based on information management service.Through providing unified information service interface to the traceability system in Binzhou City,the government's regulatory authorities have unified supervision over the quality and safety of agricultural products in Binzhou City.And through the traceability platform for enterprises and growers to provide a full range of information services.(2)Research on Information Flow Model and Key Technologies of Traceability SystemPetri net information flow model based on the traceability information industry-wide chain process was established,and the winter jujube traceability system was used as an example to study the whole industry chain model of winter jujube information.Based on the selection of the industrial chain traceability code GS1,the information flow tree structure is implemented and the traceability information is traced across the entire industry chain to ensure that the product information is seamlessly linked.(3)Design and implementation of a quality and safety traceability platform for agricultural products in Binzhou CityAccording to the needs of enterprise and department management,the Binzhou agricultural product quality safety traceability management platform and typical characteristic agricultural product quality and safety traceability system are developed to provide the product quality safety traceability means for consumers.
