China's High-quality Economic Development Strategy And System Construction

Economic high-quality development is the fundamental requirement for the construction of China's modern economic power in the new era,and its development strategy and institutional construction research have important practical significance and theoretical value.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping economic thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,this paper focuses on the theme of high-quality development strategy and institutional construction of China's economy.On the basis of fully referring to the existing research results and literature at home and abroad,the author insists on the research method of combining theory with practice and reference between standardizing and comparing at the same time,thoroughly studied of the ideological guidance index system for high-quality economic development in China and the high-quality development issues at the micro,medium and macro levels.The core idea of high-quality economic development is to adhere to Xi Jinping economic thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as the guidance,and adhere to the principle of quality first and efficiency first,which requires striking a balance guidance of high-quality thoughts and theories,according to the strategic goal of high-quality economic development in China,the author actively draw on the research results at home and abroad,and focus on the construction of micro-level evaluation system,medium-level evaluation system and macro-level evaluation system for high-quality economic development,among which,the micro-evaluation index system is discussed from the four most important aspects of products,market,enterprise,and innovation;the medium-evaluation index system is discussed from the four most important aspects of industry,urban and rural,area,and international;and the construction of macro-evaluation index system is discussed from the four most important aspects of macro-economic balanced development,national distribution,ecological civilization and regulation performance.The high-quality development of micro-economy is the most important basic project of the high-quality development strategy and system research of China's economy.In micro-economic system,the product is the final result of micro-economic activity and the subject of the final value of all economic activities;the market is the place and mechanism system for both the realization and exchange value of commodity,and its quality directly determines the value realization process of commodity production,exchange,distribution,and use;Enterprises are the main body of micro-economic activities,the quality level of whose development directly determines the output amount,efficiency,benefit and resource allocation level of the final product(service)of the whole society;Innovation is the primary driving force and the strategic support for high-quality economic development.To promote the high-quality development of micro
