Research On The Co-evolution Of Institutional Innovation And Technological Innovation In The High-end Development Of Wood Industry

In the late 2010's,China's economic development has entered the New Normal and the In the late 2010's,China's economic development has entered the New Normal and the construction of ecological civilization has entered a new stage.Innovation-driven development has been promoted as an important national development strategy,relying on innovation to achieve the harmonious development of economy and ecology has been widely concerned by the community.As the main body of forest industry,wood industry plays an important role in supporting forestry development and promoting ecological civilization construction.The wood industry must change the traditional extensive and quantitative development mode,take innovation as the core power,and transform and upgrade to the high-end direction of intensive and quality mode,so as to adapt to the essential requirements of the domestic and foreign market environment and ecological civilization construction under the New Normal economy.Institutional innovation and technological innovation,especially their synergy development,are conducive to breaking the cooperation barriers among the innovation subjects,optimizing the allocation of innovative resources,and breaking the bottleneck of resource and environmental constraints,so as to drive the wood industry out of the dilemma of "low-end locking" technology,and support the high-end development of wood industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the law of co-evolution of institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry and clarify the synergy strategies of institutional innovation and technological innovation in each stage of the high-end development of wood industry.The paper studies the co-evolution of institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry,based on industrial development theory,innovation theory,synergetic theory and composite system theory,comprehensively using evolutionary game model analysis,text quantization,entropy,stochastic frontier analysis and complex system synergy model analysis methods.Firstly,defining the concept of wood industry,analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the high-end development of the wood industry,the institutional innovation of the wood industry and the technical innovation of the wood industry,indicating the necessity of synergy between institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry,and using evolutionary game model to analyze the dynamic collaborative mode of institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry,finding that institutional innovation led technological innovation in the initial stage of high-end development,forced institutional innovation in the growth stage of high-end development,coordinated development of institutional innovation and technological innovation in the mature stage of high-end development,and led technological innovation in the upgrade stage of high-end development again;Secondly,evaluating the high-end development degree used factor analysis from the foundation,elements and supporting environment of wood industry,and using the Gompertz growth curve fitting method to identify that the industry of processing of timbers and manufacture of wood,bamboo,rattan,palm and straw is in the growth stage of high-end development,that the industry of manufacture of furniture is in the mature stage of high-end development,and the industry of manufacture of paper and paper products is moving from the initial stage to the upgrade stage of high-end development;Thirdly,evaluating the level of institutional innovation in the wood industry,from the four dimensions of scope,hierarchy,degree and frequency of institutional innovation,by constructing of the "four-in-one" evaluation model of institutional innovation in the wood industry,and measuring the technological innovation capacity and efficiency of wood industry by using entropy method and stochastic frontier analysis method,and evaluating the technological innovation level of wood industry from the two dimensions of technological innovation capacity and efficiency;Fourthly,measuring the synergy degree of institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry by constructing synergy degree model of wood industry composite system,according to the index of high-end development,institutional innovation and technological innovation of wood industry,finding that the synergy between institutional innovation and technology innovation of wood industry was relatively high from 2011 to 2013,then a downward trend,the synergy degree of manufacture of furniture keeps leading all the time,processing of timbers and manufacture of wood,bamboo,rattan,palm and straw remains at an intermediate level,manufacture of paper and paper products is relatively backward,and from the perspective of institutional innovation and technology innovation,analyzing the reasons that influence the synergy between institutional innovation and technological innovation in the high-end development of wood industry;Finally,putting forward the synergistic goal and process of institutional innovation and technology innovation in the high-end development of wood industry,and combined with the high-end development stage of the three sub-industries of the wood industry,it is pointed out that the synergy goal of institutional innovation and technology innovation is to accelerate the transformation of technological innovation achievements and improve the successful conversion rate of technological innovation achievements in processing of timbers and manufacture of wood,bamboo,rattan,palm and straw industry;the synergy goal of institutional innovation and technology innovation in furniture manufacture industry is to reduce production cost and achieve product differentiation through process innovation;the synergy goal of institutional innovation and technological innovation in manufacture of paper and paper products industry is to strengthen independent innovation and commit to mastering key core technologies.At the last,the synergy strategies of institutional innovation and technological innovation are put forward respectively for government-level institutions,public administration departments,centralized administration departments,financial institutions,trade associations,enterprises,colleges and research institutions.
