Research On German Technological Innovation And High-Quality Development Of Economy Under The Background Of "Industry 4.0"

Each industrial revolution in the history of mankind essentially marked the great-leap-forward development of technological innovation.Throughout human history,technological changes have continuously improved human production methods and way of life.Industrial revolutions have been the main driving force to promote social progress.The concept of “Industry 4.0” proposed by Germany represents that the development of human society has stepped into the fourth industrial revolution.Every country strives to grasp the new wave of industrial revolution and uses technological innovation to pursue national innovation-driven development,and then achieve the goal of occupying the commanding height of global competition.Technological innovation has risen to become a national-level development strategy,cause continuously improving technological innovation capability is the need to build an innovative country.The competitiveness of a country will be determined by the technology they have mastered.In the future,the world economic competition will actually be the competition of technological innovation capabilities.In this paper,high-quality development of economy is defined as “quality” and“quantity”.The “quality” level is reflected in industrial transformation and upgrading,and the “quantity” level is reflected in macroeconomic growth.In terms of specific research,this paper takes the national innovation system as the theoretical basis,first introduces the origin and core of “Industry 4.0”,and points out the relationship between “industry 4.0” and national innovation system in Germany.Secondly,this paper analyzes the input and output effect of German technological innovation in the context of “Industry 4.0” and finds that the effect of German technological innovation has been significantly improved after the proposal of “Industry 4.0”,which shows that“Industry 4.0” has strengthened the German technological innovation capability;Thirdly,taking the German pillar industry,the automobile industry as an example,this paper specifically analyzes how the technological innovation in Germany can promote German industrial transformation and upgrading from the aspects of process upgrades and product upgrades.In addition,this paper analyzes the macroeconomic data of Germany after “industry 4.0” was put forward,and finds that the macro-economy of Germany shows a stable growth trend.From the verification of German industrial transformation and macroeconomic growth,it can be seen that technologicalinnovation of Germany has effectively promoted the high-quality development of the German economy.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the high-quality economic development of China based on German experience of using technological innovation to achieve high-quality development of economy.China is currently in a critical period of the transitional development of economy.Using technological innovation to drive high-quality economic development will be the long-term goal of China's development in the future,and the “Made in China 2025” has some common point with the German “Industry 4.0”.As the leader of the fourth industrial revolution,it is of great significance to study how German technological innovation promotes the high-quality growth of national economy.
