Study On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Capability Of Large And Medium-Sized Industrial Enterprises In Jiangsu Province Based On Innovation Synergy

Enterprise is the subject of technological innovation. How the technological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise as the subject of Jiangsu's technological innovation, will have a direct impact on the technological innovation capability of Jiangsu province. The rapid development of science and technology today, how large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province to improve their own technological innovation capability that to be developed sustainably, rapidly and healthily have become an unavoidable issue. Under the background, it has very important practical significance to have an accurate and objective evaluation of technological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Jiangsu province.Although many domestic and foreign scholars have been studying innovation elements synergy from different perspectives for decades, most of them studied on the synergy of innovation elements within the innovation system of a single enterprise or under the macro-view of whole country or an area. However the enterprise technological innovation capability has been evaluated under the synergy system for many innovation elements or entities in this paper. In other words, that is to take innovation synergy capability as an element of the enterprise technological innovation capability to create a systematic, scientific, developmental evaluation index system of the enterprise technological innovation capability, which makes the evaluation outcome to be more scientific and rational, so this is an innovation study under a new view for the enterprise technological innovation capability.Based on the research about enterprise technological innovation capability, we further improve the theoretical basis of enterprise technological innovation capability, give the concept of enterprise innovation synergy system and enterprise technological innovation capability factors. Following the scientific, systematic, workable and typical principles, selected 15 typical indexes from four aspects of research and development capability, financial capability, innovation synergy and output capability, and constructed the evaluation system of enterprise technological innovation capability based on innovation synergy. I collect the 2009 data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu and other provinces, and then carry out comprehensive analysis and individual ability analysis by using the factor analysis method.The results of the study show that, from the overall, Jiangsu's technological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises locat in the forefront of China and Jiangsu plays an important role in technology innovation activities. But its innovation synergy isn't enough, the role of innovation synergy is not played fully. Finally in view of the analysis result, give countermeasures of ascending Jiangsu's technological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises separately from the enterprises, government, universities, research institutions, and intermediaries aspects.
