Study On Classfication And Evaluation Of Land Function

Due to the insufficient cognition of land function,the land resources have been unreasonably utilized,resulting in various land problems.By classifying land function and the study of evaluation system,can clear the role of land for human society development and the value of the land function,improve the cognition for land function,provide theoretical support for scientific planning and rational utilization of land resources land function and scientific basis for the construction of ecological civilization.This study used the theory of logic and typology as the guiding ideology to determine the connotation and definition of land function.Based on the system theory,Maslow demand theory and land attribute,the land function classification system have established the by line classification.Then used the alternative market method,the direct market method and the opportunity cost method to establish the land function value estimation model,analyze the change of land function in Hunan province from 1990 to 2010 by the model,explore the relationships between the land function,land cover and society development needs.The main research results are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing and inheriting the current research results of land function,the definition and connotation of land function are further clarified.From the perspective of logic to define the land function,it was defined as: the products and services of human use of land activities in the human needs.(2)The complete land function classification system was established,and the functions were explained and described in detail,and the basic types of land functions were determined.We identified 3 categories of land,are the ecological function,production function and social function;16 grade two,42 grade three class,82 class four,and the main land attributes corresponding to each of the functions.(3)To build a more comprehensive land function value estimation model,to the land cover types for reference,get different land cover types have the value of the various functions.The highest value of land function unit in the area of Hunan province is water area,followed by cultivated land,woodland and construction land,and the lowest value land function unit was unutilized land and grassland.The highest unit value of land property function is the construction land,the followed by forest land,cultivated land,grassland and unused land,earthy water land ownership belongs to state,so the waters property function value didn't calculated.(4)The land function value in the study period of Hunan province first increased after decreased,the ecological function and production function value changes showed a trend of decrease after the first increase,and the change of social function relatively clearly showed a trend of increasing,over the course of 20 years,increased by 32.78%.From the perspective of space,the overall change of land function in Hunan province is not obvious,and the Dongting lake area shows a decreasing trend.The largest increase of the society function in Hunan province is in the area of Chinese minister zhutan.The ecological function land has been reduced in the whole province.The value of land production function in the whole province has been decreasing.(5)Analyzed the density of land use change and land cover change area,and find that the spatial change of land function value and land cover change shows different spatial distribution and trend,which reflects the more accurate response of land function out of land for the human society to provide products and services.(6)There is a significant correlation between the change of land function and social demand,and the change of ecological function has a significant negative correlation with the change of production demand.The change of social function has positive correlation with ecological demand;ecological demand and social demand showing a significant negative correlation.
