| With the advent of the information age,the acceleration of economic globalization process and the deepening of economic Chinese transformation,technology innovation becomes more and more important.How to promote technology innovation has become the common focus of enterprises,government and the whole society.As the most common economic policies closely related to enterprises,how government technology innovation subsidy and tax incentives motivate the technology innovation activities of enterprises and improve the technology innovation ability of enterprises.And whether absorbing capacity is an incentive or inhibition to the technology innovation ability of enterprises ? For these problems,the academic community has not given a clear answer at present.Especially it is rarely studied about related enterprises and the related factors impact on the technology innovation of related enterprises.In view of this,target related enterprises as the research objectives,adds absorbing capacity as the internal factors,the technology innovation subsidy and tax incentive policies as the two external factors variables and constructs a game model of cost function.And analyze the impact of absorptive capacity,technology innovation subsidy and tax incentives on technology innovation of enterprises under mutual cooperation and mutual competition.This provides suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies to encourage enterprises for technology innovation activities.Firstly,the dissertation establishes an enterprises innovation cooperative game economics model,which expands the object of technology innovation from the single enterprise to multiple related enterprises.And analyze related enterprises with centrality index and intermediary index and introduces a mechanism of benefit transfer and study its impact on the equilibrium of related enterprises.Secondly,according to technology innovation activities of multiple related enterprises,establishes a cost function model of multiple related enterprises,and analyze the influence of absorptive capacity on enterprise innovation activities.Thirdly,as the basis of multiple related enterprises cost function model,to establish a model of multiple related enterprises with the variables of technology innovation subsidies and tax incentives and analyzes their impact on technology innovation.Based on the above model,analyze the impact of absorptive capacity and economic policies on technology innovation activities of enterprises while the enterprises are in mutual cooperation or mutual competition.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the content of the research and puts forward some suggestions.The main content of the dissertation are shown in the following:1)Study and measure the different modes of related enterprises with centrality index and intermediary index.2)Introduce an interest transfer distribution mechanism and discusses the influence on the balance of related enterprise.This paper studies the distribution mechanism of interests transfer.It is the essence that the part of interests transfers to another part of the interests while the sum remains unchanged.And creatively introduces the transfer interest distribution mechanism which makes ones having high input and output ability get some compensation in the distribution of benefits so that enterprises can form more stable relations of cooperation,and lay a foundation for further study.3)From the perspective of technology innovation problems of related enterprises,establish a cost function model of multiple related enterprises.And join the internal factor ofabsorbing capacity variable and analyze the influence of absorbing capacity on enterprise innovation,production and profit to make up for the lack of existing research.4)Based on multiple related enterprises cost function model,join the government technology innovation subsidy and tax incentive policies the two external factors variables.And establish a multiple enterprises game model,and analyze the impact of economic policies on technology innovation activities of related enterprises,production and profit,which provides a basis for economic orientation of the technology innovation of related enterprises.5)Under the conditions of mutual competition and mutual cooperation,analyze how the absorbing capacity of the internal factors and the government technology innovation subsidies and tax incentives policies of the external factors impact the technology innovation,production and profit of related enterprises.Based on the research on the impact of absorbing capacity,technology innovation subsidies and tax incentives policies on the technology innovation activities of related enterprises,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations.i)Government should be appropriate to increase the enterprise technology innovation subsidies.ii)Increase the amount of tax incentives.iii)Increase the absorbing capacity of enterprises and out-flow coefficient.iv)Encourage joint technology innovation of related enterprises.v)Establish enterprise credit mechanism of technology innovation.vi)Establish incentive mechanism and protection of intellectual property rights.This indicates some advice of promoting technology innovation of enterprises. |
