Financial Incentives Based On The Ability Of Enterprises' Technological Innovation Research

In a knowledge-based economy and economic globalization,enhancing the enterprise's technological innovation capability is the keypoint for an enterprise as well as an industrial or a country to take part inthe international competition. Taking into account that the financialincentive is the most fundamental means of incentives and it is practical,this paper focuses on the financial incentive mechanism of enterprise'stechnological innovation capability, and it means to enhance theinnovation capability by improving the efficiency of incentives.This paper firstly describes the research background, analyzes thecurrent research situation at home and abroad, and sets the frameworkand the methods of the research. Then, it reviews the research history oftechnology innovation theory, defines the technological innovationcapabilities and its structure, and analyzes the assessment methods oftechnological innovation capacity. What's more, it explains the necessityof incentives and the basic framework of enterprise's technologicalinnovation system, and theoretically analyzes the relationship betweenenterprise's technological innovation capability and financial incentives.Then, based on the samples chosen from large and medium-sizedindustrial enterprises, it constructs a model to evaluate the enterprise'sinnovation capability. This paper analyzes the relationship betweenenterprise's technological innovation capability and the financialincentives mechanism using a correlation and regression method. Then itstudies the operating mechanism of enterprise's technological innovationand financial incentives from the two dimensions of time and space, andthe system of financial incentives including country, industrial and theenterprises. Base on the result above, the paper builds a model offinancial incentive mechanism for enterprise's technological innovation.Finally the paper does some related research of the decision-makingprinciple, the building and security of financial incentive mechanism, andthe evaluation of the operation efficiency.
