Innovation drive refers to innovation as the primary driving force for development.In the context of China's economic new norm,the market has undergone great changes,and the extensive growth mode can hardly sustain.Thus,Chinese enterprises must pursue innovation-driven model to gain a competitive advantage in this dynamic market.Against this backdrop,"innovation" has become a subject of great concern to scholars in the field of theoretical research.Research on strategic management theory shows that the digital revolution and globalization hasmade the industry more and more loose and unstable.Companies should figure out more flexible strategies and explore new opportunities.Ambidextrous innovation represents both exploratory innovation and developmental innovation.Exploratory innovation aims to explore new areas of knowledge that meet the needs of potential customers or new markets;developmental innovations continue to meet the needs of existing customers and markets by leveraging existing knowledge.China is the new hub of global innovation.This study aims to help domestic high-tech enterprises improve their innovation management and provide support for ambidextrous innovation through the perspective of knowledge management,by using structural equation models and artificial neural networks to analyze the influencing factors of organizations' ambidextrous innovation in regatds to the impact on performance.By doing this,impetus can also be put in establishing the long-term mechanism for ambidextrous innovation and cultivating multiculturalism as well as creating an evolutionary organization so as to meet the global competition.First of all,from the perspective of knowledge management,this study reviews leadership theory,knowledge-based theory,absorptive capacity theory and competitive strategy theory.Thus,discusses influencing factors of dual innovation from three perspectives,namely market environment,strategy orientation and leadership.On this very note,the research also shifts its attention to relevant theories concerning dual innovation,the related theories of public opinion leadership,market friction and entrepreneurial orientation,and establishes the theoretical model of the influence mechanism of three factors on organizational ambidextrous innovation.Additionally,this study has proposed and analyzed the related roles of knowledge sharing,knowledge connection and absorptive capacity.Secondly,this study is composed of a survey on 84 high-tech enterprises.The result shows that the structural equation model can verify the theoretical model to a positive effect.The study also carries the results of entrepreneurial orientation,public opinion leadership and market friction that are important factors of influencing organizational ambidextrous innovation.Public opinion of leadership has a positive impact on exploratory innovation and developmental innovation,respectivity,and knowledge sharing positively regulates this impact;market friction has a negative impact on developmental innovation and has an inverse U-shaped curve development with exploratory innovation,while knowledge linkage strengthens the positive impact of market friction on exploratory innovation and negatively regulates market friction for developmental innovation.Influences;entrepreneurial orientation indirectly affects both exploratory and developmental innovation through positive impacts on potential and explicit absorptive capacity;in dual organizations,the interaction of exploratory and developmental innovations promotes organizational performance.Based on the research results,this study establishes an evaluation index system to estimate to what extents the exploratory innovation and development innovation works on corporate performance and creates a BP artificial neural network evaluation method to assess organizational dual innovation performance.Through on-the-spot investigation of enterprises,the evaluation on the dual innovation performance in two high-tech enterprises mainly involves anti-counterfeiting,and the comparative case analysis was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model.The results have enriched the existing research on ambidextrous innovation regarding influencing factors,which also provides new ideas for domestic enterprises to carry on thus ambidextrous innovation.
