The Influence Of Strategic Leadership On Enterprise Ambidextrous Innovation

As a resource acquisition method that can effectively establish a competitive advantage,innovation is increasingly attracting the attention of academics and managers,especially ambidextrous innovation,which has gradually become the key to whether an enterprise can obtain its core competitiveness and stand out from its competitors.But the problem is that ambidextrous innovation has always been regarded as a dynamic capability that is very effective but difficult to acquire.For enterprises,in addition to the obstacles they need to overcome in the process of pursuing innovation,they must also face how to achieve and balance explorative innovation and exploitative innovation at a high level.In order to solve this problem,the academic community began to pay attention to the research of the antecedent variables of ambidextrous innovation.By summarizing and sorting out relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper holds that as one of the important antecedent variables of ambidextrous innovation,strategic leadership is a key factor for enterprises to acquire ambidextrous innovation capability,and attempts to open the "black box" of the mechanism between the two through theoretical analysis and empirical research.This paper first introduced strategic flexibility into the mechanism in the process of theoretical review,and noted that entrepreneurial orientation may also be one of the important influencing factors,and then proposed hypotheses and conducted empirical tests based on the data collected in the questionnaire.The main conclusions reached are:(1)Strategic leadership positively affects both strategic flexibility and ambidextrous innovation,and analyzes the relationship between the three dimensions from the perspective of ambidextrous theory;(2)Strategic flexibility has a positive impact on ambidextrous innovation and plays a mediating role in the impact of strategic leadership on ambidextrous innovation.(3)The entrepreneurial orientation positively regulates the relationship between strategic leadership and strategic flexibility and the relationship between strategic leadership and ambidextrous innovation.The research conclusion of this paper is not only the further enrichment anddevelopment of ambidextrous innovation and strategic leadership research,but also deepening the research on the mediating mechanism of ambidextrous innovation and antecedent variables.On the one hand,it provides useful supplements to related theoretical research.On the other hand,in management practice,it also provides a new perspective for corporate managers on how to solve the paradox of corporate innovation and how to build ambidextrous innovation capabilities.
