| With the deep development of econotic globalization,emerging economies and developing countries have risen rapidly.The term "Brics,was first proposed by Jim O’neill in this era.The "Brics",formed by emerging market countries representing China,Russia,India and Brazil,formed a better framework for cooperation in early 2006.South Africa officially joined the Brics cooperation mechanism in 2010.Not only is the "Brice"officially renamed "Brics",but also marks the "Brics" that have expanded from investment representatives to broader international cooperation.In the past decade,the Brics have been working together to guide the Brics’ spirit of "open,inclusive,cooperative and win-win,,with the impact of the international financial crisis,the continued downturn in global energy prices,and the weakening of the world economy and the growing trend of anti-globalization.In addition,we have expanded practical cooperation in trade investment,green energy,infrastructure construction,education and financial finance,and have become a strategic partner with mutual benefits,mutual benefit and cooperative cooperation.hn September 2017,China’s President xi jinping and the leaders of the Brics held the 9th meeting of the Brics leaders,and the leaders of all countries jointly look forward to the blueprint for the second golden decade of the Brics,and tfhey are committed to the path of strengthening the Brics with "new relations,new ideas and new roads".By the year of 2018,the Brics cooperation has achieved several achievements,and the Brics cooperation has been fruitful.The "BRICS+" circle of friends is expanding year by year,the "Brics,model,pioneered by Xiamen in 2017,it has been joined by 22 non-Brics leaders in the circle of cooperation.We will jointly negotiate the economic and trade cooperation patterns and safeguard the multilateral trading system,and promote the construction of a groundbreaking and inclusive open world class."The mind of the world and the people of the world" is an important enlightenment in the experience of the Brics countries over the past ten years.In recent years,the Brics countries and the world are facing the "years of the great change".The world is in a series of major changes,such as the development of globalization,the chaos of the world order,the tension of the international pattern and the fierce competition of the global elements.The Brics are also affected by bad conditions.On the one hand,the slowdown in overall economic growth has not allowed the Brics to catch up with advanced economies.On the other hand,the divergence of economic growth will lead to differences in the layout of the Brics industry and the original goal.But the brics are not overshadowed.Each member of the Brics will closely monitor the changes of the international times and adjust the process of the evolution of the world pattern.While the growth of Brics economies has a temporary slowdown,it is still growing steadily and has the potential and trend of long-term steady growth.Modern economic growth is centered on the change of industrial structure,and the essence is the dynamic adjustment process of the continuous evolution of industrial structure.We will accelerate the reform of the economic structure,optimize the industrial structure of countries,upgrade the industry and explore new growth forces and development paths,in order to break the bottleneck to boost the economic vitality of the Brics,and to develop a coordinated development pattern while deepening cooperation in all areas,and then push the Brics industry cooperation to a new high.So,based on the theory of industrial structure and the theory of international cooperation,the author analyzes the results of the economic and structural reform of the Bries in the past ten years,and the development of trade cooperation.There are seven chapters in this article.The details are as follows:Chapter 1 is introduction.It includes the background of the topic and the significance of the topic,the present situation of foreign research and the present situation of domestic research,the research method and the research framework,the innovation and the shortage.Chapter 2 is the relevant theoretical basis.The theoretical basis is based on the empirical analysis and empirical research.It mainly includes the theory of industrial structure and the theory of international cooperation.Chapter 3 is the chapter of the Brics industrial structure analysis.In this section,we use the dynamic shift-share model to measure the adjustment of the domestic industrial structure of each Bries member after the global economic crisis.We comprehensively analyze the change of the overall industrial structure of Brics countries and the changes in the structure of three industries.In analyzing the changes in the overall industrial structure of brics countries,we have selected a number of samples from 2008 to 2017,then to analyze the internal composition of the industrial structure of each Brics member and the advantages and disadvantages of industrial development.In the analysis of the changes in the structure of three industrial structures in Brics countries,to select the three industrial economic data of the nine annual stages.According to the calculation,we cananalyze the rationality of the Brics industry structure.By sorting out the development of industrial structure of the Brics,the paper analyzes the influence of the evolution of industrial structure of each country on the trade cooperation between China and other Brics countries.Chapter 4 analyzes the development of trade cooperation between China and other Brics countries.First,the Brics countries have worked together for 11 years to list the results of economic and trade cooperation,Based on this analysis of the new challenges and new opportunities in China and the Brics countries in the new situation.Through dynamic shift-share analysis,all import and export products are refined into 17 categories.According to this,the author analyzes the present situation of import and export trade structure in China and other Bries and the trade competitiveness of related industries.Chapter 5 analyzes the potential of trade cooperation between China and Brics countries.By using the Stata measurement analysis software to estimate the Time-varying Stochastic Frontier Gravity modeland the trade non-efficiency model,then to determine the specific values of China’s import and export trade efficiency and trade potential of brics countries.At last,the factors such as our political,economic,legal,tariff and infrastructure reflect the economic and development potential of trade between the two countries.Chapter 6 is about optimizing industrial structure and promoting trade cooperation between China and other Brics countries.Combined with the above empirical analysis,it is proposed to optimize the industrial structure adjustment of Brics countries by clarifying industrial orientation,accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,strengthening infrastructure construction,focusing on developing emerging industries and building a leading industrial park.Measures and Suggestions are put forward to promote trade cooperation between China and other Brics countries from the following five aspects:improving the cooperation mechanism of Brics countries,improving the infrastructure construction of brics countries,innovating and deepening the areas of trade cooperation,distributing the trade value chain system reasonably and promoting the construction of Brics free trade area.Chapter 7 is the conclusion chapter.The following conclusions are drawn from the conclusion of this paper:First,the domestic industrial economy of Brics countries is prone to drastic changes due to the fluctuation of market economy.Second,industrial cooperation among Brics countries in various fields needs to be further promoted horizontally and vertically.Third,while enhancing the efficiency of trade cooperation,Brics countries should seek new driving forces for innovation to expand the frontiers of cooperation. |
