Study On Symbiotic Management Conception And Its Application Value

Symbiosis widely exists in nature and has been proved to be an important form and force for the birth,maintenance and evolution of life in nature.The study of natural symbiosis has developed into a philosophy of biological symbiosis.From the concrete biological survival principle to the abstract social science principle,it has become a universally applicable mode of thinking in modern society.During the informatization and industrialization management after age,non-scale economies and converged economies will become the mainstream of green or ecological development.The evolution of the integration of information changes the sequence of organizational structure to the of molecular grid,and the interdependence,division and cooperation of labor,resource sharing,and collaborative symbiosis of the relationship between decentralized organizational structure and multiple subjects,will become the general trend of management.This heralds that the age of management symbiosis is coming.Symbiosis theory has been applied to the area of management for a long time.However,it has been narrowly used as an analytical framework to illustrate the implication of management.Furthermore,the lack of essence and systematization analysis of the idea of symbiotic management,is not conducive to deepening the value understanding of the practice and application of symbiotic management philosophy.This paper tries to use the principle of "symbiosis" to describe the essence,connotation,structure,operation and characteristics of human symbiosis management,and to understand and explain the application value of symbiosis management in theory and practice.It has the background of the read of the idea of symbiosis and the basis of profound interpretation symbiotic nature of management spirit.In addition,it makes a scientific analysis on the performance of symbiosis of human management at the basic theoretical level,such as its scope of connotation,structural elements,relational model,operating mechanism and principle.Then explaining through the value of symbiotic management and its practical application,in order to demonstrate the behavior of management practices in the symbiotic horizon.It shows us a logical way of thinking about human management behavior from symbiosis to sharing.Starting from the biological phenomenology of symbiosis,this paper clarifies the concept of symbiosis management on the basis of the biological and sociological concepts of symbiosis,and defines and clarifies the basic connotation of symbiosis management.Secondly,it traces the origin of the symbiotic management concept from the history of western and Chinese management thoughts,and explores the changes of the symbiotic management concept in different historical periods.Although the history of Chinese and western management thoughts does not straightforward discuss the symbiotic,the tradition of symbiotic management thoughts is contained therein.On this basis,the essence of symbiotic management concept is systematically interpreted from the human nature,organization,value,system,methodology and teleology.Based on the correction of a unidirectional insularity in management theory and practice,widely discussed the value of symbiotic management concept in the management field.Finally,the mechanism of symbiotic management concept by playing a role is dynamically analyzed from three parts: structure,fundamental limit and symbiotic mode.This paper argues that the theory of symbiosis,which originated from biology,has the specific connotation under the management situation.In addition,the values of equality,mutual assistance,mutual trust,mutual benefit,cooperation and sharing embodied in the concept of symbiotic management have injected a new and positive symbiotic management thinking into management.Furthermore,the world view of organic theory,methodology of holistic thinking and values of symbiosis,sharing and common progress have a wide range of applied values for the construction of inter-management subjects,management conflict resolution,the cross-cultural management model etc.Therefore,it will certainly lead to a management revolution in the interconnected global digital age.
