The globalization and integration of world economy,the global labor division of each industry is getting increasingly obvious.The rapid change of demand has made the basic contradiction between the high inventory of the supply network and the low customer satisfaction rate more prominent,the increase of demand forecast accuracy more difficult.More decision makers tend to cope it with supply chain collaboration.Thus,the ability of increasing corporate competition and risk against shows its significance.As an important part of supply chain management,the amount of inventory not only affects the corporate overall cost,but also limits the performance of the entire supply chain.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the synergy between supply chain node companies in inventory control strategies to achieve overall supply chain optimization.There are many parallel single-chain supply chains in the supply chain.Companies on these single-chains can not only cooperate with each other within the supply chain,but also have competitions and coordination between different single-cross chains,which can effectively alleviate the risk the market competition and diversification of demand brought and increase the corporate responsiveness and service speed.As an important aspect of supply chain management,horizontal inventory collaboration is necessary to conduct in-depth research.Based on the previous studies,this paper explores the construction mode of collaboration relationship from the supply chain competition relationship,focuses on the horizontal inventory collaboration of supply chain and its inventory management strategy.The main study work is summarized as follows:This study is firstly concerned with supply chain inventory management strategies,supply chain collaboration and vertical,horizontal inventory collaboration in the supply chain.On this basis,the horizontal inventory coordination system is studied in the case of limited supply capacity,collaborative ordering strategy and collaborative supply strategy were analyzed,and the related mathematical models and judgment functions are established,the judgment function is simplified as well.The collaborative ordering point and the collaborative support point of horizontal inventory collaboration are determined.Secondly,taking the same link inventory collaboration in two different supply chains as an example,the single-way inventory collaboration system and the two-way inventory collaboration system under the condition of fully collaborative supply are studied.The collaborative ordering point and the collaborative support point are added to the inventory cost mathematical model.Based on the original research,the constraint of the collaborative replenishment ability is added,and the solution method of the periodical inventory collaboration replenishment model is improved.In addition,considering the inventory situation of the collaborative suppliers,it is further proposed that adopted incomplete collaborative supply method when the collaborative ordering requirements cannot be met,and the selection of partially meeting the collaborative ordering requirements is increased.Under this condition,the single-way inventory collaboration system and the two-way inventory collaboration system were studied separately.Finally,for the complex mathematical model and its characteristics,the Nash equilibrium in the game theory field is combined with the genetic algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.The initial population is randomly divided into two sub-populations of the same size.Evolution process is divided into two parts:independent evolution within sub-populations and co-evolution between sub-populations.The two sub-populations are evolved together in cooperation and competition.The calculation was performed by substituting the examples,and the sensitivity analysis was performed according to the parameters.This study proposes a horizontal inventory collaborative strategy for the same node in the two supply chains,which enables the supply chain collaborative research to transform from the traditional single-chain vertical research to the more complex network supply chain structure,providing a research method and reference for horizontal cooperation between chains.In addition,a scheme of incomplete collaborative supply with limited supply capacity is proposed.The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to calculate the cost model.From the perspective of supply chain inventory,the most suitable collaborative mode for company development can be obtained.
