The Study Of Procurement Model For Aero-engine Manufacturers Based On Collaboration Theory

With introducing market mechanism into the defense industry, the various competitions which can promote the concept of the military industrial enterprises switching from relying solely on national polices and investment to rely on enhancing core competitiveness began to emerge among the military industrial enterprises in this industry. And as the beginning of supply chain, the efficiency and effectiveness of corporation purchasing have a directly impact on the progress of production and concentration of the core competitiveness.Collaborative procurement is an important part of the synergetic applied in the field of supply chain. As a new procurement model, the collaborative procurement does not study which departments and suppliers participate into the procurement process, but to learn those involved sectors how to make better collaboration. Collaborative procurement with emphasis on the concept of synergy, through the enterprise's internal collaboration and external collaboration to ensure the procurement information exchange unimpeded, the efficiency of procurement, the reduction of procurement cost and cooperation between enterprise and suppliers to achieve interaction and win-win.The main content of this paper is to research how to apply the collaborative procurement model in military industries, and set A aero-engine manufacturing company as research object. In this paper, according to the content of collaborative procurement, the procurement system of A company can be divided into two subsystems-internal subsystem and external subsystem. Applying the order degree model of procurement subsystems and the collaborative degree model of procurement system can calculate the order degree and the collaborative degree, then through the results to analyze the coordination issues between various departments and procurement department within the company and the cooperation issues between the company and the suppliers. Finally establish a suitable collaborative procurement model for the development of the company, and give recommendations to improve and perfect the model.
