disease",the population urbanization seriously lags behind the industrialization and urbanization land far exceeds the population urbanization,population urbanization is lower than the population of permanent residents in the urbanization,the floating population show "peasant"floating type characteristics.At the same time,as the main symbol and important driving force of urbanization,population migration is not only slowing down,but also undergoing structural changes,from survival flow to development migration.The psychological demands of migration are externalized,and become "single migratory bird" to "family settlement".In this context,it is urgent to revise the discourse logic and practice process of urbanization."New urbanization" is a clear response to the above problems after comprehensive consideration of the quality of urbanization development and the demands of population mobility,which reflects the symbiosis and co-connection between urbanization and the integration of population migration.It originated from population and attributed to people,aiming at transforming the production and lifestyle of people and promoting their all-round development.However,from the top-level design of development strategy to the specific implementation of implementation strategy,it needs to be in a lot of careful research in the decentralization of practice to constantly try to correct errors,in order to achieve the final.In view of this,the article aimed to labor mobility,familial migration and the influence factors of the social integration of dynamic analysis,through the deductive process of different policy system,to promote and hinder the migration of the specific mechanism are analyzed,in order to "share" as the principle,reconstruct migration family participation rights,to follow the rules "subjectivity",respect for the migration of people to choose,to "inclusive development" as the goal,broadening the migration family fusion path of urbanization.This paper firstly reviews the theory and literature.The relevant theoretical basis of this paper is sorted out,and these theories are tried to be built into the following model.Literature review on new-type urbanization.By summarizing the family migration,social integration,influencing factors and measurement indexes,this paper points out the deficiencies of existing research results and derives the research entry point of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the historical evolution of urbanization development path and population migration in China.Respectively for the urbanization construction,labor mobility,the household registration,land and related policy context,analysis since the founding of the evolution of these two areas,analyzes its internal logic,on the basis of the collage out of the plight of the urbanization,summed up the new urbanization construction to establish the subject status of the people not be moved,will the productivity development of human beings as the starting point of the urbanization,the overall development of family as ultimate value orientation of the urbanization,rely on the government regulation,market oriented,social a multivariate power,such as implementation of bottom-up and top-down parallel paths.Thirdly,the "five general","six general",2015 national 1%sampling survey and the annual national floating population dynamic monitoring data were used to systematically sort out the status quo and development trend of population flow and family-oriented migration in terms of demographic characteristics,socio-economic characteristics and regional characteristics.The following will provide a realistic basis for improving the policy system of population mobility and citizenization,further tapping the demographic dividend and promoting the development of new urbanization.Fourthly,Supported by the family migration theory and family economic theory in the economics of new labor migration,combining with the land system,household registration system and other institutional constraints under the dual system in China,and integrating the rationality of "economic man" and the sensibility of "social man" of migrant families,the cost-benefit family utility function is constructed in line with the principle of "maximization of family utility".Using Lagrange function,using the KKT optimization condition and complementary slack theorem,calculate the area of origin of the family labor,area of origin of the workforce,ingoing ground labor and ingoing ground four groups of labor flow or remaining marginal net income,figures out the optimal solution,the comprehensive contrast family labor migration,the optimal decision making and the labor migration,the each dimension score and total alignment,to use the various aspects of migration of family characteristics,the effect factors of each dimension fusion school the validity of the analysis,examining the factors restricting the social integration.To sum up,from the perspective of historical experience and current development status,under China's unique system of household registration and land,China's population migration is changing in terms of demographic characteristics such as gender,age and family member structure,as well as socio-economic characteristics such as migration intention,income and expenditure of the destination and geographical characteristics such as migration region.From the empirical model to build and test level,labor age structure,the state of the marriage,the household register,the migration time,professional characteristics,family's economic characteristics of migration and population status,housing situation,regional characteristics of migration,the social characteristics of contact into the area of origin,to participate in social security will influence family migration policy characteristics,such as decision making.However,the ability and willingness to integrate are subject to the characteristics of the behavior carrier,the basic characteristics of the family,the macroeconomic structure of the destination,the public policy of the national local government and other factors.In addition,the gaps in the integration are caused objectively by the institutional barriers and subjectively by the psychological gaps.In view of this paper put forward the following Suggestions to solve the family moved to the development dilemma:reform the household registration,land and related institutional hurdles,builds in the process of system guarantee,from the Angle of flow of labor force,to broaden employment channels,create jobs,improve skills training,relying on the empowerment can increase,increasing flow of labor force participation in economic and social,standardize labor contract,reform the "five social insurance and one housing fund",the sharing of power of labor rights and interests;From the perspective of migrant families,the community should be taken as a platform to promote the social participation of migrant families,and the "bottom line of social protection" should be taken as the principle to realize the sharing of public services such as education,housing and support for the aged.The innovations of this paper include three aspects:first,Expand the study of population migration from the perspective of family utility.This paper studies the decision-making behavior of family migration and related influencing factors,and builds a research framework of optimal decision-making based on family utility.Second,Starting from humanism,Improve social integration research.Multi-level family integration indicators such as economy,occupation,structure,psychology and system were used to judge the degree of integration,and the economic and social characteristics of individuals and families as well as the regional characteristics of migration were used to analyze the factors affecting family integration.Third,Focusing on the periodic characteristics of migration and complementing the research on migration dynamics.In line with the principle of truly transforming the reserve force of
