During the key transformation period to promote national innovation-driven development,the source of innovation is diversified,and what technological innovation path will be effective and appropriate given its unique resource endowment and technology accumulation?What innovation path will be more conducive to promoting the sustainable development of national innovation?These questions represent a controversial issue.At present,in the process of closed to open innovation,China's overall innovation foundation is weak and the difference of regional innovation level are significant,resulting in an awkward situation in China stemming from a lack of core technologies with independent property rights.Moreover,given knowledge and the speed of technology spillover,the technology life cycle is shortening,coupled with the complexity of technology improvement,profound changes have occurred in the allocation of innovation resources,and the risk of relying on R&D alone has increased.The technology resources needed for innovation have become increasingly dispersed,resulting in more and more difficulties in synchronizing independent R&D in the frontiers.As a key part of implementing innovation-driven development,high-tech industry is the core force to push factor-driving to innovation-drive,and also the leader and main department of innovation-driven,and become the most active field of technology innovation activities.Thus,in the context of above transformation,exploring effective paths and identificating the optimal allocation of innovative resources to provide a new perspective to re-examine the innovation-driven for decision makers has important theoretical and practical significance of the driving source,realizing paths and policy design for national innovation-driven growth.Firstly,the paper analyzes the basic theories of innovation-driven development of high-tech industry,and constructs a research framework for the impact of innovation path on the innovation-driven efficiency of high-tech industry.Based on the existing studies on the innovation development,this paper summarizes the implication,structure and features of innovation path and the innovation-driven efficiency,and analyzes their threshold elements,process effect and concept model to put forward the research framework of innovation path on driven-efficiency of high-tech industry.Secondly,the paper systematically analyzes the innovation path of high-tech industry.From the spatial-temporal heterogeneity,this paper quantitatively examines the total quantity characteristics,development trend and regional heterogeneity development of innovation paths,including independent R&D,external knowledge sourcing and non-R&D,and studies their evolution of geographical pattern in the evolution state,differences and concentration between provinces.Thirdly,the paper measures the innovation-driven efficiency of high-tech industry.This paper first constructs a comprehensive measurement model based on influencing factors,which is processing the environmental effects and random errors,and super-efficiency technology,and builds a scientific and effective index system.Then using SFA model to decompose and adjust the offset of input sample.Further combining the Super-DEA technology,to more effectively and truly reflect the innovation-driven development of high-tech industry and its spatial-temporal heterogeneity and source system.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the driving mechanism of innovation path to the driven-efficiency of high-tech industry.Based on the production function of knowledge innovation and the model of panel data statistics,this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of innovation-driven development from the linear driving effect and synergistic interaction effect.Fifthly,the paper explores the dynamic threshold characteristics of the impact of innovation path on the driven-efficiency based on knowledge accumulation heterogeneity.This paper is further considered in the perspective of regional knowledge accumulation heterogeneity of high-tech industry,thoroughly investigates the nonlinear dynamic threshold characteristic of knowledge accumulation heterogeneity in the influence mechanism of innovation path on driven-efficiency by using dynamic panel threshold regression model.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to thoroughly promote the innovation-driven development of high-tech industry.From the three aspects of innovation path,driving efficiency and its mechanism,this paper constructs an effective matching policy system of optimizating innovation path system,improving efficiency allocation system and perfecting mechanism cooperation.
