cooperatives;at the same time,with the development of the situation of rural and agricultural development changing environment,rural professional economic associations face many new problems in the operation,new challenges and obstacles to development,developing into an awkward situation: the rural professional economic associations generally inefficient operation,a considerable number of rural professional economic associations due operation mechanism is imperfect,on key issues operational mechanism and mode of operation,also did not timely innovation or reforms,capacity development is not high,lack of development potential,into a "low-level development trap" and,furthermore,there are a good number of rural professional economic associations due to poor run leading to the eventual demise.However,from the rural areas,agriculture and farmers and other development needs,the professional association of the rural economy is essential.In view of this,the paper rural professional
