Analysis And Research Of Xinjiang Cotton Professional Cooperatives' Operating Mode

To achieve from the changes in major agricultural country to an agricultural power, and actively promote the process of agricultural industrialization, we must promote changes in the pattern of agricultural development, actively make innovations in agricultural forms of economic organization. Farmer cooperatives as a new form of economic organization of agriculture,to organize the disadvantaged vulnerable groups themselves, and to address the contradictions between small-scale production and the big market. Energetically develop specialized farmer cooperatives is the inevitable requirement for the development of agricultural productivity, is the process of rural industrialization and is an improvement of the agricultural production capacity and an effective way to increase rural incomes. Xinjiang province is a Cotton production provience, how to create Xinjiang cotton cooperatives for the cotton production in Xinjiang has become a problem which must be resolved in the process of the agriculture industrialization .Since the "Farmer Cooperatives" issued, the construction of farmer cooperatives in China entered the legal system, the relevant supporting policies have been introduced to promote all types farmer cooperatives in various fields flourish. In the development of farmer cooperatives have emerged,a series of problems such as lack of close cooperation, lack of normative development and inperfect internal operation mechanism . Therefore, from the perspective of cooperative business model to sort out ideas and to solve the various problems occur in the development of cooperatives, has become a critical factor in the development of cooperatives.In this study, first ,we take analysis of the relevant factors from the cooperatives'operating mode, the decision to find key factor in the development of cooperatives; next , analyze the situation of the domestic and international professional co-operation and management, summarized the experience of the development of cooperatives; Final ,combine the status of cotton production in Xinjiang with problems in the development of Xinjiang cotton professional cooperatives , depth analysis on the Cotton professional operation in areas such as management of the establishment of cooperative mechanisms, ownership structure, benefit distribution mechanisms and so on, and also discusses the Government role in the development of cotton cooperatives, and strive to make these discussions on the construction of cotton cooperatives to provide a realistic reference value.
