As the market becomes more globally integrated,and new forms of technology and competition continue to emerge,companies cannot stop.Businesses must adapt to and leverage change in their business environment,while seeking opportunities to create change through technological,organizational or strategic innovation.For large and small companies,old and new companies,creating,adapting,and leveraging change are essentially entrepreneurial spirits.Indeed,effective change often requires effective resource integration and the use of entrepreneurship.In order to survive and prosper under changing conditions,enterprises must develop "dynamic capabilities" to create,expand,and change the way companies produce and operate.At present,there is a problem of the mismatch between resources and power in Chinese enterprises.The core of this is the mismatch between corporate social capital and managers' cognitive abilities.This directly affects the size of the company's dynamic capabilities and affects the company's adaptation to the external environment.Of strategic change and innovation performance.Establishing an "interactive model of social capital and management cognitive ability" is the key to improving corporate strategic change and innovation performance.Therefore,this study is based on theories of dynamic capabilities,dynamic managerial capabilities,social capital,and managerial cognition,and uses the social capital of managers and employees as the starting point to explore the interaction between corporate social capital and management cognitive capabilities.The formation mechanism of corporate strategic change and employee innovation performance,identify the key factors affecting corporate strategic change and innovation performance,through questionnaire surveys and interviews with 56high-tech enterprise managers and subordinate employees in northeast China,and conduct structural equations and cross-cutting Hierarchical analysis,by analyzing the impact mechanism of corporate strategic change and innovation performance,II exploring the interaction mechanism and influencing factors of corporate social capital and employee social capital,and clarifying the role of management cognitive ability in generating strategic change and innovation performance,for the company in the market Generate competitive advantages in competition and provide management inspiration and practical advice.Corporate social capital is the social connection of managers,the characteristics of social networks and management relationships.Cognitive management is the ability of an individual manager to perform one or more mental activities that constitute cognition.There is a mismatch between the two in Chinese enterprises,and such a mismatch will affect the strategic change and innovation performance of enterprises in an uncertain environment.And it will affect the existence of social capital and cognitive style at the employee level.The cross-level mechanism of corporate social capital and management cognitive ability has a profound impact on corporate strategic change and innovation performance.In order to explore the influence mechanism of corporate strategic change and innovation performance,this study proposes a cross-level conceptual model that influences corporate strategic change and innovation performance,taking the interaction mechanism of corporate social capital and management cognitive ability as the independent variable.Analyze their mutual relationship,analyze through high-tech enterprise questionnaires and cross-level models,and combine the results of the analysis to discuss how Chinese enterprises can generate competitive advantages under uncertain circumstances,and draw management inspiration and practical suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are:First,at the enterprise level,corporate social capital has a significant positive impact on corporate strategic change,corporate management cognitive ability has a significant positive impact on corporate strategic change,and corporate management cognitive ability has a significant impact on corporate strategic change.Act as a mediator in positive effects.Second,at the employee level,employee social capital has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance,employee cognitive style has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance,and employee cognitive style has a positive impact on employee innovation performance.Intermediate role.Third,in the cross-layer mechanism between enterprises and employees,corporate social capital has a significant positive impact on employees 'social capital,corporate management cognitive ability has a significant positive impact on employees' cognitive style,and corporate strategic changes have an impact on employee innovation performance.There are significant positive effects.Enterprise management cognitive ability will enhance the positive promotion effect of employee cognitive style on employee innovation performance.The main innovations of this study are as follows:First,based on the theory of dynamic management capabilities,put forward a "resource-cognition" framework,clarify the cross-level impact mechanism of corporate strategic change and innovation performance,and explore the impact mechanism of social capital,management cognitive ability and strategic change at the corporate level.Analyze the impact mechanism of employee-level social capital,cognitive style and innovation performance.Provide new models and empirical evidence for existing dynamic management capability theory and empirical research.Second,based on the cross-level theory,it proposes a cross-level analysis framework at the enterprise and employee levels.It empirically analyzes that corporate social capital affects employee social capital,corporate management cognitive ability affects employee cognitive style,and corporate strategic changes affect employee innovation performance.Cross-layer influence,and the cross-layer adjustment effect of enterprise management cognitive ability on employees' cognitive style and innovation performance.Third,based on the current situation of“resource-cognition”mismatch among Chinese enterprises,the proposed research framework is used to explain the current problems and solutions of Chinese state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.How to provide reference and ideas for survival and development,and providepolicy suggestions for innovation and reform of Chinese enterprises.
