Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Social Capital,knowledge Management Capabilities And Technological Innovation Performance

Under the current trend of economic globalization,the world has become more and more connected,and companies are increasingly demanding resources to maintain their own survival and development.Under this situation,it is unrealistic for enterprises to rely on their own resources and efforts to innovate.How to obtain external resources has become a must for each company.To win in a brutal modern competition,not only do you need to find ways to obtain external resources,but also make full use of the resources you have acquired,In order to better improve technological innovation performance.Based on the Resource-Based View,this article summarizes,studies,summarizes,and analyzes the connotations of the three fields through the theoretical review of relevant research fields,and the related research fields of corporate social capital,knowledge management capabilities,and technological innovation performance.The corporate social capital is divided into three dimensions: structure dimensi on,relationship dimension,cognitive dimension,and the technical innovation performance is divided into utilization innovation and exploration innovation.The method of structural equation modeling was used to study the role of corporate social capital and its various dimensions in the performance of technological innovation,and the mediating role of knowledge management capabilities was described.The results show that corporate social capital is positively affecting the performance of technological innovation,and structural dimension and cognitive dimension play a positive role in technological innovation performance.Relationship dimension does not have a significant impact on technological innovation performance;knowledge management ability has a significant imp act on technological innovation performance;In the process of corporate social capital affecting technological innovation performance,knowledge management ability plays an intermediary role.The research conclusions provide reference for enterprises how to obtain and efficiently use external resources,improve their own technological innovation performance and their own competitiveness,and have certain significance for the development of technological innovation theory.
