Regional logistics is the meso-level and objective basis that China's logistics supply-side structural reform process relies on.From the perspective of historical development and practice, regional logistics,as an "accelerator" of regional economic growth, has received theoretical support and practical verification in the analysis of regional economic development factors and changes. In recent years,China's logistics industry is large but not strong, with high costs and low efficiency. The problems of unbalanced logistics development in the east, middle, and west are still prominent.development of.The geographical location of Jiangsu is one of the few provinces across the South and North in China.Among the three regions, the regional and unbalanced characteristics of logistics development in southern, central and northern Jiangsu are obvious. The unbalanced regional logistics development in Jiangsu is A microcosm and typical representative of the uneven development of regional logistics in China.Taking Jiangsu as an example to study the unbalanced situation and evolution mechanism of its regional logistics space is to improve the efficiency of resource allocation in the process of structural reform on the supply side of modern logistics, and strive to narrow the gap in regional logistics development. The General Secretary has repeatedly emphasized the need to continue to implement the overall strategy for regional development and to promote the practical problems that need to be solved in the process of the new concept of regional coordinated development.Regional logistics spatial disequilibrium is the actual state of the spatial distribution of logistics structure and operation within a country or a region within a certain period of time.It is not just a simple difference on the surface, but a more Complex dynamic change process. This article follows the idea“theoretical basis--status trend--cause mechanism--countermeasure suggestion”.First of all,it has combed the theoretical research systems of modern logistics theory, regional economic development theory and logistics geography.then comprehensively analyze the unbalanced situation of Jiangsu regional logistics space, that is,from the two levels of the region(the three major regions of Jiangsu)and the city, from the dual dimensions of time and space, the shape of the unbalanced situation of regional logistics space,Multi-level and multi-angle analysis of the situation and the trend is carried out to clarify the unbalanced real state and development context of the regional logistics space.(1)The shape of unbalanced situation regional logistics space: analysis of spatialdifference.Through comparative analysis and paired sample T test of the total logistics development scale and logistics business scale of Jiangsu Province, three major regions and 13 cities, and using the Theil index and its decomposability, the characteristics of the spatial variation of Jiangsu regional logistics and the changes are explored trend. The results show that the rapid growth of regional logistics has brought about a growing spatial difference in regional logistics, and the overall distribution of gradient differences gradually decreases from south to north. At the same time,intra-regional differences are greater than inter-regional differences. The regional differences in logistics development are spatially unbalanced;the long-term existence of such spatial differences, along with the continuous increase in regional logistics needs, will cause the flow of logistics resource elements and chase their rational allocation.(2)The mode of unbalanced situation regional logistics space: agglomeration and diffusion analysis.Based on the research and application of industrial agglomeration theory, using GeoDa spatial measurement software to describe the spatial distribution of regional logistics factors at different levels, using spatial statistical analysis methods, and the global Moran's I And local Moran's I to analyze the overall and local spatial correlation and agglomeration degree of capital and labor factors agglomeration and diffusion, and use the coefficient of variation and Gini coefficient to test the spatial correlation, and then use Moran scatter plot and LISA agglomeration map to The spatial distribution characteristics and formation path of logistics capital and labor factors in different regions are studied. The results show that the regional logistics capital elements are gradually spatially linked by the original scattered patch aggregation, and over-subject to the northern, forming a sheet-shaped aggregation, which has unidirectional input and is not easy to flow;while labor elements are concentrated in space The above shows more unipolar point agglomeration, gradually changing from the southern agglomeration to the northern, with a clear cross-region phenomenon, reflecting the easy mobility of labor elements and the pursuit of benefits of interest, this capital and labor factors are not Balanced aggregation will lead to changes in the effective interval and space of resource element allocation.(3)The trend of the unbalanced situation regional logistics space: Analysis of new spatial pattern.Based on the basic theory of spatial layout, combined with the logistics industry development plan of Jiangsu from the “11th Five-Year Plan” to“13th Five-Year Plan”,based on the basic ideas of policies such as “Plan for IndustrialSpatial Layout in the Areas Along the River in Jiangsu Province”,from urban logistics“quality ”and logistics transportation distance Constructing a gravity model of urban logistics in two aspects, measuring the capacity of inter-city logistics space interactions, and introducing logistics membership to classify the interaction and ownership of urban logistics, revealing the spatial distribution characteristics and changes. The results show that there are obvious differences in regional logistics quality among 13 cities in Jiangsu, and there is a significant spatial imbalance in the gravity of the logistics between cities. However, the original three patterns of the southern, central, and northern are gradually blurred. The unipolar pattern of “one pole dominance”and“leading position”gradually shifted to“hand in hand”across regions, and the new pattern of “one body and two wings”is open in both directions.(4)Based on the previous analysis, further draw on and expand the productivity theory to determine the fundamental starting point of the regional logistics space unbalanced evolution--“logistics productivity”,and at the same time through the three-stage SBM model and Malmquist productivity index on Jiangsu regional logistics total factor productivity Static and dynamic analysis, explore the characteristics and laws of regional logistics productivity structure changes, give the internal driving mechanism of regional logistics space unbalanced evolution, and test its convergence. The results show that: logistics productivity is the endogenous variable and core element of regional logistics development, and the unbalanced structure and state change of logistics productivity are the internal dynamic basis of the unbalanced evolution of the regional logistics space, and its evolution trend obviously has certain stage and regional ? and ? convergence characteristics. Finally, based on the above theories and empirical analysis results, further expand the theory of unbalanced coordinated development, combined with the Jiangsu regional logistics coordinated development concept framework, give Jiangsu regional logistics unbalanced coordinated development system design inspection path and countermeasure suggestions, for Jiangsu regional logistics Develop and General Secretary Xi Jinping's “Strong,wealthy,beautiful,high-level”.There are 38 figures,59 tables and 211 references in this paper.
