| Regional development difference is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of regional social,economic and ecological environment development.Moderate regional difference is the basis of competition and cooperation between cities.Excessive regional difference is easy to cause contradiction and conflict in social,economic and cultural development.This study takes the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration as the research object,and carries out a comprehensive analysis on the economic development level,social construction level,environmental protection level and regional development level of this region in 2008,2012 and 2016.This paper aims to deeply analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of regional development differences in Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration,based on the empirical analysis of regional development differences,and for the purpose of regional coordinated development,diagnose problems and put forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.Specifically,the regional development differences of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration were analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Firstly,the concepts and theories related to urban agglomeration,regional difference and regionalcoordinated development are elaborated,and the development of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration in the aspects of gross regional product,tertiary industrial structure,degree of opening to the outside world,basic public services and ecological protection construction are analyzed as the qualitative basis of this research and analysis.Second in economic,social and ecological coordination symbiotic mode and regional development,on the basis of selecting 35 indicators,establishing the evaluation index system of regional development level,with 2008,2012 and 2016 as the research section,using the entropy method,comprehensive evaluation model and GIS technology,the IDW space interpolation analysis analysis tools,such as study of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration in the economic,social,environmental three regional development difference space-time evolution characteristics of the system.The main conclusions are as follows: First,in terms of economic development level,the overall economic development level of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration has been rapidly improved,and the economic development gap has been steadily narrowed,but the internal echelon level of the urban agglomeration is obvious.Second,in terms of social construction level,the overall social construction level of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration has been steadily improved,the relative differences between cities have been gradually narrowed,and thepattern of social construction level difference has changed from the imbalance between east and west to the anti-" C " pattern.Third,in terms of environmental protection,the level of environmental protection in urban agglomerations has declined.There are obvious differences in the level of environmental protection among cities in urban agglomerations.Four is in terms of comprehensive regional development level,the area of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration development comprehensive level rising steadily,the degree of difference between urban decline gradually,but the core-periphery structure still obvious differentiation characteristics,the differences between the characteristics associated with the changes of regional traffic location,the core of regional development under the effect of traffic location of urban agglomerations was beginning the westward migration to the north;Fifth,it summarizes the problems of the current Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration,such as the lack of hard support for the overall coordinated development of the urban agglomeration,the significant regional differences in industrial innovation and construction capacity and environmental awareness,the unsound spatial connection network of the urban agglomeration,and the insufficient regional equalization of information and communication infrastructure.Sixth,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as taking the road of export-oriented development,making clear the industrial orientation,improving the level of information infrastructureequalization,strengthening the construction of traffic network system,strengthening the application of environmental protection technology and government supervision,which are helpful to narrow the regional development differences and promote the coordinated regional development of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration. |
