Abstract/Summary:
The higher education in China has entered the massification time as the society had transferred from planning economy to market economy. Now there are many new changes of the need of corporation for university and their graduates. How to train student's capacities to meet the social need in this situation? This is a hot point question in China.;This book has explored the interactive relationship among education in university, corporation and graduates in labor market, and the characteristics of factors that have influence on the relationship. It is found that there is correlative relationship between the education in university and the vocational capacity of student. In despite of this, the students demand university to afford more practical training, but corporation pay more attention to student's general capacity and ability in labor market. So this is significant difference among university, corporation and graduates in the their needs and educational intention.
