Study On The Employment Of Graduates In The Process Of Popularization Of Our Higher Education

With the fast development of economy and the greet change of society, our higher education has entered the era of popularization. Meanwhile, the situation of graduates obtaining employment has changed a lot. The rapid increment of graduates has induced to the contradictory of supply and demand in the labor market, so it is becoming more and more difficult for the graduates to obtain job. The essential issue is the equilibrium between the development of our country's economy and the human resources, its rationality not only relates to the strategy of invigorating our country through science and education but also relates to the development of our country in the 21th century; secondly, whether the graduates can obtain job successfully or not reflects the quality of our higher education in some extent; Finally, the employment of graduates influences every student and every home, it becomes one of social focuses which effects the stabilization of our country and society. Therefore, we should inquiry into the employment system, analyze the present situation,problems and the causes of its formation, then put forward some feasible solution, it has important realistic meanings.This thesis analyzes the development of our higher education and the problem of graduates' employment from the angle of economic and education theories. This thesis adopts the methods such as document analysis,economic model analysis and comparative analysis. Firstly, the thesis introduces the viewpoints of both domestic and international scholars on this problem; Secondly, combining with the related theories , the thesis gives a detailed study on the causes after the introduction of background of enrollment policy and macroeconomic environment; Then, the thesis forecasts the demand of human resources in the future of our country; Finally, aiming at the existing issues, we put forward some policy suggestions to solve the employment problem and to promote the healthy development of our higher education.
