Diagnostic, research and analysis about the future model of industrial enterprise in the Comunidad Foral de Navarra (Spanish text)

In this globalization age the development of new technology has let us to have access to remote regions in a fast and in a competitive way. In few years we have past from a demanding market in which everything that was made it was sold to an offer market in which the customer can chose whatever he wants from a wide range of products. The present markets are characterized by complexity. The companies live now in a competitive situation as never before.; In the situation above mentioned, the design and development of new products is considered as of vital importance in the firms' strategies. This study is made from the point of view of methodologies, material resources and convenient organized structures according to the optimization of the design process and the developing of new products. We launch a general model for product. It can be apply in different areas. It contains concrete and essential aspects and can be divided in four big groups called: added value, ownership and control, tools and product's window.; The product analysis' model constitute a frame of reference of the aspects that an excellence enterprise in product must have and dominate. From this point and adjusting the different parameters we can obtain a diagnosis' model of the technical function in the enterprise focusing the attention in the aspects related with the product.; Those models have been prepared starting from the direct observation, the respective bibliography and from the opinions and suggestions of different expert people consulted. On the other hand this models have been applied through an empirical field study in the industrial enterprise of the Comunidad Foral de Navarra (Spain). It has proved its validity obtaining very interesting conclusions which can be of use for different enterprises to elaborate their strategies and also can help the administration to define its industrial policy.; The product model is completed with the proposed production aspect, based in the integration of the structure of the physical system and the management and information systems.
