Abstract/Summary:
The objective of this study is to discuss the background of current methods, existing problems, and compare different methods among three aspects of relief efforts to include military, non-profit, and public areas of emergency treatment in the field that are deployed in an effort to relieve overcrowding in the emergency departments (EDs) during the event of a natural or man-made disaster. Further, to examine the need for an alternate rapid mobile treatment center. Based on contingency planning, is an active part of an organization's overall strategic planning processes.
