The Enlightenment Of Japanese Emergency Culture On Chinese Emergency Management

Emergencies have been a topic for a long time.Emergency culture plays a vital role through the response to deal with emergencies.Throughout the past,due to our urgent study of emergency culture is not enough,resulting in emergency cultural construction started late,backward development.As a result of subjective and objective conditions,Japan has a complete contingency legal system,efficient social emergency organization and a high national emergency consciousness.It has advanced theoretical guidance and scientific experience in emergency management and emergency culture construction.In view of this,this paper mainly uses the comparative analysis,historical analysis of research methods,research on Chinese emergency culture and the Japanese emergency culture,to provide inspiration for Chinese emergency management through the research.First of all,this paper summarizes the research and development of emergency culture in China,which focuses on the research and development of traditional Chinese emergency culture and current emergency culture,and analyzes the existing problems of emergency culture.Secondly,the study of Japanese emergency culture,including five aspects what is the Japanese ideas,behavior habits,education and culture,social culture,architectural culture,and then compare the differences between China and Japan emergency culture,learn from Japan's outstanding emergency culture The Finally,to learn Japan from the national,social,multi-angle all-round,with a view to play a certain reference for Chinese emergency culture development,emergency management level.
