Research Of Zhengzhou Subway Public Security Emergency Management

As the important part of the city traffic,The Tube transportation is the new vehicle type with the development of the town's economy and population.The Tube is often located in the deep underground,with close run environment,complex structure and the strongly dependent systems.Also The Metro often runs around the business centre and the flourishing district of the city,where the large stream of people and traffic exists.Because of the complex public security situation and the fragile security system restricted by the environment,metro area becomes the zone where various risk factors gather and the area of high risk. Metro construction's safety is related to people's personal property losses as well as the construction and development of a city. For all kinds of safety problem in the subway, the most serious is the complex subway contingencies. To deal with the subway emergencies, the government set up a full-time security department, The Subway Security Bureau,which becomes an important factor in subway emergency management.At present Zhengzhou Metro line 1 has been in motion and done business since the end of 2013.Up to now except for mechanical failure events,there are no other types of emergency. But in the long run, especially after the subway network is formed,huge stability and public security pressure, as well as the inevitable natural disasters and the aging of metro equipment will make it hard to avoid the subway emergencies.Based on related emergency management theories and the study of subway emergency cases, referring to the domestic and foreign subway security experience,we will analyze the Zhengzhou subway public security emergency management and find the shortages and countermeasures, to offer a new way of the subway emergency management and provide some reference effect for the related areas of emergency disposal.
