| In recent years,China’s construction industry has entered a stage of rapid development under the impetus of economic development. But because of its large investment scale, personnel concentration, high risk, workers’ cultural level and other characteristics, one of the industries with the most safety accidents is the construction industry.According to the reviews, most accidents are directly caused by people’s unsafe behaviors. Therefore, reducing all project participants’ unsafe behaviors can effectively control the construction industry’s accident rate and play a positive role in the safety production of China’s construction industry.Organizational safety attitudes can affect the internal factors(safety knowledge and safety motivation)of construction participants to improve the unsafe behaviors. From the perspective of the impact of organizational safety attitudes on the unsafe behaviors of construction participants, this research aims to help the construction industry control the construction participants’ unsafe behaviors and reduce the accidents’ incidence.Through the literature researches and a large number of references, this study combined with theoretical researches and the actual situation of China’s construction projects to summary the definition of the project organization’s safety attitudes. It clarified that the organization was a construction project in this paper, and the organizational safety attitudes were divided into three directions: organizational safety awareness, organizational safety emotion, and organizational safety behavior tendency. At the same time,it sorted out the relevant theories of construction participants’ unsafe behaviors and safety attitudes which provided a theoretical basis for the full-text researches. Then,on the basis of previous studies,a model of the organizational safety attitudes’ influence on employees’ unsafe behaviors was established, with safety knowledge and safety motivation as mediating variables, and theoretical hypotheses were proposed based on the model.Taking construction project participants as the research objects, this research designed the questionnaire, conducted the online survey by the questionnaire star, and used SPSS software to get the questionnaire’s reliability analysis. The results show that the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of each variable is greater than 0.7,indicating that the internal consistency of the variables in this study is good.Using AMOS software, this study carried out confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis on the questionnaire results. Finally,AMOS was used to conduct path analysis, fit test, mediation effect test, and result interpretation on the structural equation model. The results show that:(1)Organizational safety cognition, organizational safety emotion, organizational safety behavior tendency, with safety knowledge and safety motivation as the intermediary variables, has a significant impact on the safe participation in sex and safe obedience behaviors of construction participants.Among them, organizational safety emotion(0.387)> organizational safety awareness(0.309)> organizational safety behavior tendency(0.304).(2)It can be known from the results of the mediation effect that the organizational safety attitude affects the safe obedience and safe participation of the construction participants through the mediating effect of safety knowledge and safety motivation. From the perspective of comprehensive impact, safety motivation(0.563)> safety knowledge(0.365).But from a single impact, safety knowledge has no significant impact on the safety obedience behaviors of construction participants, and safety motivation has a significant impact on the safe obedience and safe participation of the construction participants.Based on the research conclusions, this study put forward management countermeasures and suggestions for the change of organizational safety attitude, the improvement of the safety knowledge level of the construction personnel, and the transformation of the safety motivation of the construction personnel,to provide a theoretical reference for the safety production management of construction industry projects. |
