Organization Safety Culture Evaluation And Construction Of Metal Mine

A variety of research and examples at home and abroad show that the safety of organization can't be ensured only by safety management system but also by something which called safety culture to make the system run better. Safety culture is the ultimate way to realize continual improvement of the safety performance which can transcend the limitations of safety management. The promoting of organizational safety culture level depends on construction of organizational safety culture.This paper studies the elements, the design and application of evaluation methods of organization safety culture and specific method to improve organization safety culture lever. First, eight elements of safety culture are found as the content of safety culture assessment evaluation by studying lots of associated literature. Then, questionnaire is chosen to evaluate the target organization by analyzing and organization different methods of organizational safety culture assessment and designs the form and content of the questionnaire. The paper chooses twenty persons randomly to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire before it used. The result shows the questionnaire is rational. Then, the author uses the questionnaire to evaluate the target organization safety culture when the first line staff are chosen as sample and got eighty effective papers. A detail diagnoses for the target organization is made through analysis of survey results and field investigation and find out the main problems: fuzzy safety commitment, unsafe behavior employees, poor training programs and training evaluation, inadequate safety operation regulations. At last the paper presents the operation model and three measures: clear and strengthen the safety commitment, improve the safety behavior ability and optimization safety training according to the actual condition of metal mine organization safety culture to improve this kind organization safety culture and brings forward the theoretical framework of safety training.
