While supporting economic development, the iron and steel industry also consumes a large amount of energy, which can reach about 15%of the country's total industrial consumption.Excessive consumption of energy has not only led to the increasing depletion of fossil energy, its massive combustion emissions have also brought global environmental problems such as climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions, economic and clean production is an inevitable trend for the sustainable development of the steel industry. The actual steel production process is affected by multiple factors such as energy, environmental pollution and economy. These impacts are mutual, but now most of these factors are considered separately, and it is impossible to comprehensively evaluate the energy, economy and environment of the iron and steel production process. To this end, this article is based on the exergoeconomic analysis method and life cycle assessment theory, focusing on the evaluation of energy, economic and environmental issues in the iron and steel production process. The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,in view of the problem that the environmental and economic costs of each raw material is not easy to evaluate and the cost law after considering carbon dioxide emissions is not easy to track in the ironmaking process,by converting the carbon dioxide emissions of various raw materials into exergoeconomic costs,an ironmaking exergoeconomic analysis method that considers carbon dioxide is created, the cost balance equations of the ironmaking process is listed through the matrix model analysis method, the unit exergoeconomic cost of each exergy in the system is obtained, and the cost composition structure of the ironmaking process is revealed. The changes in the size and proportion of costs under the two scenarios considering carbon dioxide or not are obtained.Secondly,Considering many environmental factors in the steelmaking process and lack of accurate and quantitative analysis of environmental impacts,Based on the life cycle assessment method, the input and output life cycle lists of steelmaking process are compiled;Impact 2002+evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the environmental impact of each raw material and energy in the list, the main environmental impact categories and the key factors leading to this impact have been determined, and the sensitivity analysis of the key factors is carried out;the difference of environmental impact between ordinary production and cleaner production is compared.Thirdly, aiming at the problem that there are many environmental and economic factors and the mutual influence of various factors and it is difficult to evaluate the environmental and economic cost of each raw material in the steelmaking process, based on the life cycle assessment method,China environmental protection tax and willingness to pay theory, the environmental external cost calculation model is established, which combined with the internal costs of material?energy and other costs in steelmaking process,an environmental economic cost analysis model of the steelmaking process was established. The quantitative analysis of environmental economy in steelmaking process is realized, the environmental impact categories and the key factors leading to this impact in the steelmaking process are determined, the environmental cost and the key factors affecting the environmental cost are obtained, the sensitivity analysis of the key factors is also carried out. Finally,in the light of the problem that the comprehensive cost of ironmaking process is affected by multiple factors of energy, environment and economy,it is difficult to evaluate the comprehensive cost of each raw material.Exergoeconomic evaluation model of ironmaking process considering environmental cost was established based on life cycle assessment method and exergoeconomic theory, and comprehensive evaluation of ironmaking process cost was realized;the comprehensive cost and the key factors affecting the comprehensive cost are obtained, the sensitivity analysis of the key factors is also carried out,the law of comprehensive cost formation considering energy and environment in ironmaking process is tracked. The research results of this paper can help iron and steel enterprises to analyze the comprehensive production cost of iron and steel making process after considering environmental externalities, facilitate the accurate positioning of the implementation point of energy conservation and emission reduction. It not only provide ideas and basis for the scientific guidance of sustainable development of enterprises, but also provide theoretical basis for the government to formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations.
