Miscanthus lutarioriparius has always been the main papermaking raw material in Dongting Lake area. However, with the development of guidance and withdrawal of paper enterprises in Dongting Lake District, the implementation of"one size fits all"shutdown measures of paper mills, and there is no new industry to replace,a large area of Miscanthus lutarioriparius has been abandoned and cut. After the abandonment of Miscanthus lutarioriparius,a large number of water pollutants such as cod, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus have been produced in the Dongting Lake area, resulting in serious environmental pollution. The production of edible fungi using Southern silver grass substrate is a new way of resource utilization of Southern silver grass. It is of great significance to comprehensively analyze its environmental impact and cost-benefit.Based on the methods of life cycle assessment and life cycle cost analysis, the environmental impact and cost-benefit of Miscanthus lutarioriparius edible fungus in the whole life cycle were evaluated and analyzed.Through the field investigation of Hunan Guangya edible fungi Co.,Ltd.,the life cycle list of Miscanthus lutarioriparius edible fungi is established by using simapro software, and the cml2001 evaluation method is selected to evaluate the environmental impact of each production stage of Miscanthus lutarioriparius edible fungi industry,so as to identify the key links of environmental impact in the production process. The results show that:(1)the stages of the impact of edible fungi on the environment are edible fungi production stage, culture medium production stage, main raw materials acquisition stage and waste gas disposal stage, with contribution values of 8.10×10-9、9.42×10-10、2.69×10-10、0。The main reason for the high environmental impact in the production stage of edible fungi is the output of mushroom bran and packaging bags.(2)The results were weighted.Among the environmental types, freshwater ecotoxicity potential(FAETP),terrestrial ecotoxicity potential(TETP),abiotic resource consumption potential(ADP fossil)and seawater ecotoxicity potential(MAETP)accounted for a large proportion, and the contribution rates to the environmental impact were 59.88%,26.41%,7.40%and 2.27%respectively.The main reason for the high proportion of freshwater ecotoxicity potential(FAETP)is the use of chemical fertilizer in the production of edible fungus medium ingredients.(3)The environmental impact of common edible fungi on the environment was compared and evaluated. The impact value of common edible fungi on the environment was1.02×10-8,and the influence value of edible fungus of Southern silver silver carp is 9.31×10-9is slightly higher. The cost of dry ingredients of edible fungus culture medium of Miscanthus lutarioriparius was compared with that of common edible fungus culture medium. The dry cost of common edible fungus producing 1000kg fresh edible fungus was 1262.75 yuan, which was slightly higher than that of 1208.96 yuan. Therefore, enterprises need to combine the characteristics of edible fungus production sites, develop supporting mushroom residue utilization technologies according to local conditions, form a local standardized and standardized mushroom bran utilization system, and improve the treatment of mushroom bran.Increase the recycling of waste packaging bags, and reprocess the waste packaging bags by physical means such as separation, cleaning, crushing and remodeling,so as to achieve reuse.Increase the innovative advantages of Miscanthus lutarioriparius edible fungi products, improve the production capacity of edible fungi and expand the edible fungi market.Create the"enterprise+farmer+cooperative"mode, drive the coordinated development of ecological and economic benefits in Dongting Lake region, accelerate the construction mode of ecological agriculture, and promote the new resource utilization mode of Miscanthus lutarioriparius.
