High-speed railway is a system engineering that its technology is new and standard is high, engineering larger and more complex.Construction with complete expertise, system supporting, first-class facilities, cooperation and open high-speed railway technology innovation production-teaching-research combination of co-operative entity has become the urgent needs of high-speed railway construction. High-speed railway technology innovation cooperation entity production-teaching-re search combination mode, operation mechanism and cooperative performance evaluation relate to the stability of co-operative entity itself and sustainable development, and focus on and research.This paper adopts literature search, questionnaire method, theoretical analysis and empirical research and other scientific analysis method, and make comprehensive, systematic, scientific research to high-speed railway technology innovation production-teaching-research combination co-operative entity's management mode, operation mechanism and performance evaluation and so on. This paper's the research contents and research results are mainly for the following six aspects:First, this paper introduces the connotation of manufacture-learning-research cooperation in America, Britain, Japan and China the manufacture-learning-research cooperation five fruitful typical cases were analyzed, the manufacture-learning- research cooperation at home and abroad is summarized experience and enlightenment. On this basis, the paper believes that the high-speed railway technology innovation production-study-research cooperation can follow technology transfer mode, the government does not participate in the common development, mode of government in the joint development pattern, the government does not participate in the co-construction and entity model and government in the co-construction and entity model under these five kinds of pattern, passes through the cooperation pattern of game theory, this paper puts forward in our country's actual conditions under high-speed railway technology innovation production-teaching- research combination mode (government in the co-construction and solid) is high-speed railway technology innovation of "industry-university-institute" cooperation ideal mode, and constructs the our country's high-speed railway technology innovation production-teaching-research combination of triple spiral model.Second, the paper believes that high-speed railway technology innovation production-teaching-research combination of cooperation risk including partner selection risk, cooperative relations of risk, cooperative achievements formation of risk, knowledge sharing and risk of cooperation income distribution risk. It is effective to provide scientific and effective theoretical guidance.
