Networking: Study On Spatial Development Strategy And Planning Patter Of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

Spatial networking is an inevitable trend in the urban and regional spatial evolution. The networking spatial structure and the urban & rural organizing pattern can promote the cooperation function of the large, medium and small urban & rural residences at utmost and maximize the overall efficiency. In addition, it can also make a timely and accurate response to the development goal of informationalized and ecologicalized contemporary space and better exert the self-organization and hetero-organization functions of the urban groups.With Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone as the empirical study object of spatial networking and starting from the basic knowledge of network, this paper carries out a complete research and discussion on the status quo, problems and development trend of spatial networking in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone in urban and rural spatial levels from the interdisciplinary research angle. First, in the level of spatial theory research, by reviewing the networking ideology in the classical urban space mode & the regional evolution theory and completely neatening the new regionalism, new urbanism and post-modernism spatial network views, with the system theory as the methodological base of the spatial networking research, the paper establishes a basic theory system of spatial networking with the network flow organization, the network regional element organization and the network content elements organization as the core contents. Second, in the level of spatial analysis methods, on the basis of reflecting the center spatial system and development mode of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, combining the historical process investigation, the comparative study and the case analysis, the inevitable trend of the regional spatial networking development is verified and a complete frame for regional and urban spatial network analysis is established by systematically evaluating the spatial network communication function analysis, the spatial network coordination function analysis, the spatial network element function analysis, the spatial network evolution function analysis and the spatial networking comprehensive indicators,. Third, in the level of spatial organization strategies, the internal spatial network organization strategies of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone are brought forward by relying on the Guanzhong urban groups, depending on the theoretical angles such as“Marginal Area”and“Sub-center Polarization”etc, starting with the spatial elements such as“Point”,“Axial Line”,“Circle Layer”and“Domain”etc, combining the spatial organization of the information, ecology and production elements; the external spatial network connection strategies of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone are brought forward by relying on the countrywide urban & economic network system and the evolution trend of the pattern of opening up to the outside world, depending on the theoretical angles such as regional embedding of the global production system, and combining the regional spatial organization units of the world, China, the western area and the periphery of the economic zone etc; the urban and rural spatial network coordination strategies of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone are brought forward by relying on the communities in the urban marginal areas, small towns and rural areas in the economic zone, depending on the theoretical angles such as urban and rural network amalgamation, urban and rural integration etc, combining the spatial organization methods such as“Traffic Organization”,“Drainage Area Integration”,“Ingenious Utilization of Loessial Landform”and“Industrial Agglomeration”etc; the spatial network system supporting strategies of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone are brought forward by relying on the systematic viewpoints, depending on the theories such as eco-industrial network, innovation network, green corridor network and matrix management mode etc, and combining the systematic organization contents of network labor division organization, network channel organization, ecological network organization, network control organization etc. Finally, in the level of spatial layout regulation and control, the basic ideas for the Network Era layout system transformation, including transformation of the layout objective mechanism, innovation of the layout operating mechanism and improvement of the layout compiling system, are brought forward on the basis of the networking trend of the interregional spatial main body.
