Secondly,the paper discusses development goals of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economy zone, spatialplanning, integrated development of the region and the special planning and regionaleconomy development forecast. Finally, the paper discusses the Guanzhong-Tianshuieconomy region traffic situation, analyzing the existing road conditions in the project area.Taking Heyang to Fengxiang expressway as example, describes the significance of Heyang toFengxiang expressway construction on the Guanzhong-Tianshui economy region, analyzesthe impact of different routes of different programs on economic zones, and ultimatelydetermine the best route plan.
