Study Of Transport Facilities Integration In Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

In recent years,Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone gradually accelerated economicintegration process, so in order to adapt to the region’s economic activity, the economic zoneis gradually accelerating the pace of building regional transport integration.The integration oftransport infrastructure as a major hardware support and basic link of integrated transport,it’sa important preparatory work to achieve the goal of traffic integration coordinateddevelopment.Integration of transport infrastructure can make the resource of transportfacilities within the region unified planning and rational utilization effectively,dominantregion can play a promoting role;can adjust the transport facilities network layout of theeconomic zone effectively,to adapt the growing and diverse transportation needs in newsituation;can break existing administrative boundaries,enhance the bridging of transportationfacilities system.Therefore, this study has important significance.This paper use the main method of investigation to build integration of transportfacilities,the basic point of depature is the development objectives of transport infrastructuresystem in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone and principles of constructing transportinfrastructure integration,based on the relevant theoretical basis,clear and definite the conceptand content integration of transport facilities integration,proposed the transport facilitiesintegration is a dynamic process to unified planning and construction the transportationfacilities within the regional highway,railway,airline and other transport routes and transportstation from the angle of core urban function agglomerated and coordinated developmentbetween urban,make the traffic infrastructure system meet the best transport need of staff andfactors of production and flow requirements of capital and information,to achieve overalloptimization and coordinated development of transportation network structure and layout,achieve the rapid and convenient transportion seamless of core city,sub-core city and radiantdistricts,improve the overall efficiency and service levels of transport infrastructure.Itscontent including transport infrastructure system’s internal integration,externalrelevance,internal and external convergence,the convergence of internal and external is thekey of transport facilities integration in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone. In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of status advantages anddisadvantages of transportation facilities network system in Guanzhong-Tianshui economiczone,establish evaluation index system of integrated transport facilities and analysis indicatorsadvantages,using AHP to determine the index weight,using the method of comprehensiveanalysis to evaluate integrated development of transport infrastructure.As theGuanzhong-Tianshui economic zone is a typical land area of moderate economic level andhas a wide range of hinterland,so the evaluation methods also apply to other similarregions.Departure from the status and evaluation results,explore and optimize the transportfacilities network layout of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone,present to encrypte theinternal network,strengthen the construction of external transport channels and hub,alsopropose the main ideas of transport facilities integrated development,set up the bridgebetween theoretical and practical.
