Research On Identification And Control Of Action Causes Of Collapse Accidents In Construction Projects

In order to improve the unsafe situation in the construction industry,it is necessary to use behavioral safety methods to prevent accidents by the control of unsafe actions.Currently,researches on behavioral safety in the construction industry is mainly limited to construction workers or is limited to the study of external interventions.These studies only inhibit the emergence of unsafe behavior within a certain scope,do not find out the causes of unsafe behavior fundamentally and take measures to control and eliminate them.In this paper,firstly,the accident cause 24Model is selected as the theoretical research model,and 62 template collapse accidents occurred from 2000 to 2018 in China are analyzed.Combined with literature research and expert interviews,the xunsafe actions of the participating construction industry unit are determined.Secondly,Using Liker scale to design the unsafe action impact degree questionnaire of each participating unit,the influence relationship model of the unsafe action of each participating unit was determined.Thirdly,the relationship between the engineering construction project safety training and the number of accidents was discussed and the relationship between them is clearly defined.Finally,a construction project is selected as a pilot,and targeted safety training is designed and implemented according to the educational level and working years of each participating unit.The effects of safety training is assessed through inspections before and after training.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The unsafe actions of the participating units in the construction industry are identified,16 unsafe actions of construction unit are as follows:no corresponding construction qualification,no safety production license,the qualification of the project leader does not meet the requirements,the qualification of the technical leader does not meet the requirements,the qualification of full-time security officers does not meet the requirements,the safety production organization is not established,the safety production rules and regulations are not made,the construction equipment do not meet the requirements,the safety training and safety disclosure are not implemented,the safety production costs are insufficient,the solution is made not based on the standard specifications,lack of ability for the acceptance and management of construction materials and mechanical equipment.The general contractor is imperfect in the safety management of the subcontracting unit.The next step is carried out even the design of the training content and training method is reasonable.
