High-end ship development project is a highly systematic and integrated giant system engineering.The complexity of the project and a large number of enterprise coordination work make the project process control more difficult.It is very prone to disconnections between supply and demand,task conflicts,resource wastes and delivery delays.Therefore,more strict and reasonable project scheduling is needed.Most of the existing project scheduling models and methods focus on resource constrained production scheduling,which is difficult to deal with such atypical scheduling problems of high-end ship development project of hierarchical scheduling,cross organization collaborative operation,multi-agent distributed decision-making,and dynamic task adjustment.In order to achieve efficient,stable and continuous whole process scheduling,this paper studies the collaborative scheduling mode of high-end ship development project and puts forward a multi-level collaborative scheduling system framework from the perspective of project scheduling mechanism,and deeply studies the order collaborative decision-making method,task intelligent decomposition method,parallel multi-level scheduling method and project multimodal scheduling optimization method for the typical scheduling problems of project life cycle.By encapsulating the coordination mechanism and scheduling method,a complete multi-level collaborative scheduling system of high-end ship development project is formed,which provides effective project coordination and scheduling strategy for shipbuilding enterprises and improves the scheduling efficiency of high-end ship development project.The main research work include:(1)Research on multi-level collaborative scheduling system of high-end ship development project.On the basis of analyzing and studying the project scheduling characteristics and mechanism,the collaborative scheduling mode of high-end ship development project is studied,and the multi-level collaborative scheduling system is proposed.Considering the expansibility,integration and efficiency of the system,the multi-level collaborative scheduling system model of high-end ship development project based on MAS is constructed,to simulate the multi-stage,multi-level,multi-agent distributed collaborative scheduling process,which provides the system and framework support for the whole process scheduling of high-end ship development project.(2)Research on order collaborative decision-making method of high-end ship development project.By analyzing the characteristics of distributed optimization and collaborative decision-making in order decision-making of high-end ship development project,the order collaborative decision-making model is established,and the problem solving strategy based on negotiation concession in stages is proposed.Aiming at the multi-objective optimization problem of order decision-making participants,the corresponding local decisionmaking model and the negotiation oriented multi-agent coordination decision-making model are established respectively.A multi-agent multi-issue multi-stage order collaborative decisionmaking method based on optimization and relaxation is proposed,the concession strategy based on majority joint,the preference oriented issue adjustment strategy and the maximum potential order expected revenue strategy are studied and designed.The example shows that the proposed method has high efficiency,satisfactory solution and convergence speed,which can effectively solve the order collaborative decision-making problem of high-end ship development project.(3)Research on task intelligent decomposition method of high-end ship development project.By analyzing the characteristics of task decomposition structure,the WBS decomposition model is established.The WBS decomposition mechanism oriented to project scheduling is studied,and an intelligent WBS decomposition method based on artificial neural network is proposed to establish the relationship between project characteristic parameters and project WBS.Through the training and application of artificial neural network model,the intelligent WBS decomposition of project is realized,whicn can decompose and reduce the workload of project scheduling engineers and the work errors caused by knowledge blind area.(4)Research on parallel multi-project collaborative planning method for high-end ship development.By analyzing the parallel multi-project planning process,the distributed collaborative planning and scheduling problem model of high-end ship development project is established,and a two-stage collaborative planning model of parallel multi-project is designed,simulating the project planning process of distributed collaborative decision,to connect the multi project planning and task scheduling process with each other.Then,a parallel multiproject collaborative planning method based on iterative combinatorial auction is proposed to solve the integration problem of project planning and scheduling.The example shows that the proposed method can effectively solve the parallel multi-project collaborative planning problem and obtain effective project planning results.(5)Research on multi-modal scheduling optimization method of high-end ship development project.According to the characteristics of project multi-modal scheduling optimization,the project optimization model and resource decision model are established respectively,and the coordination decision model is established according to the requirements of scheduling robustness.A multi-modal project scheduling optimization method based on resource transfer is proposed and a resource transfer negotiation mechanism based on combinatorial exchange is designed to solve the problem of resource transfer between projects.Aiming at the complex winning decision problem in the process of resource exchange,an evolution based winning decision algorithm is designed.The example shows that the proposed method has better results for the task adjustment times of multi-modal scheduling and the average project delay after plan adjustment.(6)Development and application verification of multi-level collaborative scheduling prototype system for high-end ship development project.Based on the actual situation of a shipbuilding enterprise,this paper analyzes the internal business function requirements and external integration application requirements of the prototype system,combs the multi-level collaborative scheduling business logic of high-end ship development project,encapsulates the coordination mechanism and scheduling method and develops the multi-level collaborative scheduling prototype system of high-end ship development project.On this basis,the system verification and application evaluation are carried out.The results show that the developed system can effectively guarantee the whole process scheduling of high-end ship development project and realize the continuous,stable and efficient operation of the project.
