China's air transport capacity is constantly improving due to economic development and social progress,and the number of flights is constantly increasing.This phenomenon puts forward higher requirements for air transport support capabilities.In air transportation,the improvement of flight punctuality rate,the improvement of operational efficiency,the reduction of operating costs,and the realization of reduction of carbon emissions are all key issues to be solved.The Airport Collaborative Decision Making(A-CDM)provides an operable and executable system solution,which uses technical means to improve the related problems of low efficiency of the civil aviation system.The current research on collaborative decision-making cannot fully cover the huge aviation system and cannot meet the diversified aviation system structure,resulting in the lack of comprehensive and systematic collaborative algorithms and scheduling models,.It affects the systematic establishment of research methods in the collaborative decision-making process for each subject.This article studies the collaborative decision-making method of aircraft taxiing on the ground in three aspects.It is based on the cooperation among air traffic control,airline and airport under the existing collaborative decision-making system.,proposes a model for airport scheduling problems,and predicts the aircraft taxi-out time in the field.It also proposes a scheduling model under abnormal conditions based on a collaborative decision system.The main contents include:Analyze the composition and functions of the airport collaborative decision-making system,expound the platform and functions of the collaborative decision-making system,analyze the decision-making goals of the various subsystems in the framework and the relationship between each other;and propose a collaborative model for the airport scheduling problem The goal is to minimize the average delay of the airport,so that the airport can complete a smoother scheduling process.Aiming at the important part of the process of aircraft taxi-out time and the prediction of flight taxi-out time,a taxi-out time prediction model based on the combination of time series analysis and machine learning method is proposed to determine the impact on the aircraft taxi-out time and taxi efficiency Factors,the differential moving autoregressive model and the support vector regression are combined to predict the slide-out time.This paper takes into account the multi-party participation in decision-making in the research.Taking Xi'an Airport as the research object and data source,from the perspective of the airport control department,multiple parties consider the work and cooperation of airlines and air traffic control departments to establish targeted abnormal situations.Airport scheduling model.The research model of this paper takes the cost of tripartite participating departments and passengers as evaluation indicators.The objective function in the model is to minimize the cost and loss of the tripartite decision-making of airports,airlines and air traffic control and reduce the loss of passengers.Through the analysis of examples,the model is further proved to be reasonable and practical.
