| The Chinese nation has a long history.In China's splendid 5,000-year history,water,as the source of human life,promoted the development of Chinese civilization,and has graduallybecome Chinese culture along with the evolution and development of Chinese culture from beginning to end.In this sense,the splendid and long history of civilization of the Chinese nation is a history of water conservancy and water damage elimination.With the evolution of civilization,while water has brought us life and food,it has also brought us endless disasters,in the meantime,essons have been learned in the course of history,such as droughts during water shortages and floods in heavy rains.In order to cope with water,the people are relentlessly managing,developing and protecting water resources.While eliminating water disasters,it also makes water create huge material wealth and precious spiritual wealth for the Chinese nation,that is,water culture.In recent years,research related to water culture has gradually attracted attention from various fields at home and abroad,and has become a hot issue for interdisciplinary discussion.However,with the progress of human civilization,mankind is also facing an unprecedented water crisis-even affecting the survival and sustainable development of mankind.In the face of crisis,mankind has adopted many methods such as science and system,but with little effect Today,people are paying more and more attention to the role of cultural factors in water environment governance and the process of responding to the challenges of global water environment changes.Experts from different disciplinary backgrounds try to cut into the research of "the role of water culture in coping with water crises" from their respective fields,and further promote the study of water culture to be included in the global water environmental protection and construction system.In 2006,UNESCO adopted "water and culture" as the theme of World Water Day.In addition to academic research,relevant government departments have also tried to carry out relevant research on "water and culture." The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that it is necessary to strengthen cultural self-confidence and promote Socialist culture is prosperous;in 2019,President Xi inspected the Yellow River and proposed that one of the five tasks of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River is to protect,inherit and promote the Yellow River culture.Under this context,studying the connotation of water culture in a specific area,analyzing and summarizing the evolution of water culture in the area,and evaluating the value of regional water culture can provide ideas for the future construction and development of water culture in the region and provide water culture in other regions.The research provides a theoretical basis and at the same time responds to the country's slogan on the development of socialist cultural construction.It has important theoretical significance and application value.In response to the increasingly serious human-water crisis,this article intends to start from the cultural point of view,taking the Wuding River basin water culture as the research object,aiming to reveal the connotation of regional water culture,and analyze and summarize water culture from material,system and spirit,calculating and evaluating the value of regional water culture,realizing the quantitative evaluation of water culture value for the first time,and provide a new method for quantitative research on water culture.This article mainly achieved the following research results:(1)From the perspective of water culture,analyzed the natural situation and development and protection status of Wuding River Basin.Moreover,using Kendall rank correlation method to identify the runoff evolution trend of Wuding River Basin.Using heuristic segmentation algorithm,order Clustering method and Mann-Kendall mutation test method(Mk mutation method for short)diagnosed the runoff variation of Wuding River,which provided a basis for the study of water culture in Wuding River Basin.(2)From the perspective of material water culture,based on the three aspects of ancient water conservancy projects,modern water conservancy projects,and water conservancy scenic spots,the relationship between water conservancy projects on the Wuding River and water culture was sorted out,and the impact of water conservancy projects on the Wuding River Basin was clarified.The influence of people's lives,social development and the relationship between man and water have also revealed the evolutionary law of material water culture.(3)From the perspective of institutional water culture,based on the three aspects of water governance culture,water management culture,and water culture,the Wuding River and water-related systems are sorted out;the water management and governance systems of the Wuding River Basin are clarified.The influence of Wuding water culture reveals the evolution law of human-water relationship and institutional water culture contained in it.(4)From the perspective of spiritual water culture,based on the three perspectives of folk beliefs,literary works,and historical civilization,sort out the water-related spirit of the Wuding River Basin;explored the feelings of the people in the Wuding River Basin for water and the Wuding River The historical and cultural relationship between the river basin and water reveals the evolutionary laws of spiritual water culture.(5)Based on the material,system and spiritual water culture,the Wuding River Basin water culture value evaluation system and basic framework were constructed;through a large number of statistics,field investigations and questionnaires,the value of water culture was quantified and selected by several methods like the subjective judgment method of experts in which the main indicators are determined;the method of combining subjective and objective is used to determine the weights between indicators.;according to the five-point system,based on the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method,the water cultural value evaluation method of the Wuding River Basin is proposed.The result is 64.48,which belongs to the middle level.The water culture construction of Wuding River Basin needs to be further improvement.(6)Put forward measurement to protec,inherit and promote Wuding River water culture:Attach great importance to the lack of water culture in the river basin and the protection of water culture,efforts in the regulation and control of water culture in the river basin,enhance the self-confidence of water culture,and promote the water culture in the river basin.Innovation in research and development to inherit and promote the prosperity of water culture into a better place. |
