The past 40 years of reform and opening up and rapid urbanization in China have brought tremendous changes to people's lives.On the one hand,we can enjoy the efficient production efficiency and convenient living environment brought by intensive land development.On the other hand,it is faced with the complex social environment brought by the high-density,large-scale and centralized population flow and transfer.It is not difficult to find that the micro-scale neighborhood life is moving towards the trend of population defamiliarization,diversification of narration,behavior anomie and neighborhood cold desertification,which has increasingly become the focus of various contradictions.For example,there has been a huge increase in violent crime in the neighborhood caused by the indifference of the neighborhood;Neighborhood apathy increases the risk of anxiety,depression and other psychiatric disorders that afflict hundreds of millions of people;Neighborhood heterogeneity greatly limits the integration process of non-local society.There is no doubt that the transformation of the modern neighborhood life style has brought the phenomenon of neighborhood heterogeneity,neighborhood indifference and neighborhood indifference,which has become a prominent social problem and caused serious economic losses,and it is urgent to arouse the attention of the whole society and all fields.Although the city in the 21 st century is no longer confined to space,its individuality always derives from local differences.Communities represent the unique characteristics of local culture,the basic unit of cities around the world,and the most appropriate scale for shaping the life of a refined neighborhood.Modern community,because of the community consciousness,encourages members to carry out common beliefs and actions,and is committed to reshape good-neighborly relations,enhance interpersonal interaction and cultivate civic habits,which has become the key to solve neighborhood problems.China's community is stepping into a new era of community autonomy,community construction and development has made outstanding achievements,but limited by the independent structure of interest conflict,the innate constraints of spatial form,the lack of motivation for residents to participate in the process of cultivating community consciousness,there are inefficient bottlenecks.How to avoid the disadvantages caused by the spatial form of the community and at the same time enhance the motivation of collective action of residents has become an urgent breakthrough,and it also needs the joint participation of all neighborhoods and the society.Advanced western countries in cultivating a sense of community community research and planning practice,put forward the mature "neighborhood effect" theory,by policy,the land structure adjustment and housing conditions,formulate,macro planning regulation and control means such as the public service layout space lifestyle intervention in community residents,foster a sense of community.With the discovery of "collective efficiency" as an intermediary mechanism,it is an important scientific issue that countries and regions should pay attention to to further explore and explore "neighborhood effect" and evaluate the feasibility of urban planning to participate in the improvement of human life and well-being.Under the promotion of China's community autonomous grass-roots governance model,with the advantages of clear community structure and unified data,it provides a high-quality research environment for the exploration of "collective effectiveness" and "neighborhood effect" in the future,which is bound to accelerate the theoretical research of localization.At the same time,a new era in our country pay more attention to the quality of life of the people level,pay attention to playing the leading role of the community planning study of urban community environment on the synergistic mechanism of collective efficacy,will provide space planning control intervention in the community residents' life style,a new perspective of cultivating a sense of community,promote the localization "collective efficacy" and "neighborhood effect" of the research process,for the current lack of theoretical research,will have a certain degree of complement and helpThus,this research to urban community as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of chongqing,to explore how to enhance urban community collective efficacy levels and how community planning involved in the key problems of regulation,refining synergistic mechanism of urban community in our country,improve the theoretical knowledge and to sum up the experiences of localization and formulated the environmental efficiency of urban community planning method,a new era in China was optimized to promote the construction of community autonomy,promote a sense of community identity path,urban social problems for the active participation of urban and rural planning intervention provides a new perspective.This study,a total of seven parts,the paper first part(chapter 1)is the introduction,this paper expounds the realistic background and inspired research direction at home and abroad research situation,determine the research topic of this study,namely,explore the mechanism of urban communities to enhance the collective efficiency,the realization of expected the research purpose and meaning,and formulate the "core screening mechanism derived factor decomposition synthetic restructuring-spatial decision-making" the order of the research plan and mixed methods research,puts forward the research content and framework of this article.The second part of the thesis(Chapter 2)is the logical analysis of community environment synergy,which belongs to the theoretical inferential stage of mechanism analysis.By tracking the western concept of collective efficacy for nearly 20 years of cognitive extension trajectory,summarized its interpretation "community crime-explains neighborhood effect" neighborhood effect-regulation development,refining the collective efficacy of neighborhood well-being of regulatory pathways,expand the Sampson to neighborhood collective efficacy as the intermediary effect of the connotation of the theory model;Based on the theories of environmental psychology and urban sociology,this paper proposes that community characteristics affect the internal logic of collective efficacy.By referring to the theory of system dynamics optimization process,the internal logic is extended as the logical route of urban community environment enhancing collective efficiency by adjusting environmental parameters to achieve better characteristic structure and enhancing community collective efficiency.The regulation parameters are the supply parameters of the urban community space environment,such as land use,commercial form and traffic capacity,and the supporting parameters of the community structure and environment,such as concentrated disadvantage,residence flow and migration concentration.The mode of regulation is to realize the supply and support community characteristics that promote synergistic effect,and weaken the supply and support characteristics that inhibit synergistic effect.The third part of the thesis(Chapter 3)is the measurement of community environment synergistic parameters,which belongs to the factor decomposition stage of mechanism analysis.This paper selects Chongqing,a migrant city with the largest population base,high mobility and prominent neighborhood conflicts in the west of China,as the research area,and selects 48 communities distributed in Yuzhong,Yubei District,Shapingba and Jiangbei districts as the research sample,and measures the level of community collective effectiveness of 704 community residents with the method of scale measurement.18 kinds of environmental supporting factors reflecting three kinds of supply parameters of land use,commercial format and traffic capacity and 17 kinds of environmental supporting factors reflecting three kinds of supporting parameters of concentration disadvantage,housing mobility and migration concentration were determined.Based on GIS platform,the spatial statistical method was used to measure the environmental factors quantitatively.The spatial distribution characteristics of collective effectiveness of different environmental parameters were revealed,and the normalized index was used to measure the spatial differentiation law of community under the supply and support effects of collective effectiveness.The fourth part of the thesis(Chapter 4)is the measurement of the synergistic effect of the community environment,which belongs to the core screening stage of mechanism analysis.Based on the structure and type of measurement data,using multiple regression analysis of the elastic mesh(elastic net),to establish a regression model between variables,measure the community environmental factors associated with the level of collective efficacy variables,with regression coefficients reflect the synergistic effect of environmental factors,reveal significant synergistic effect of 13 class environment supply factor and 10 class environment support factor,extracting core promoting synergistic effect factor sequence and the synergistic effect of factor sequence.The fifth part of the thesis(Chapter 5)is the refining of the synergistic path of community environment,which belongs to the synthesis and recombination stage of mechanism analysis.Borrow configuration the thought of comparative method,choose high,medium and low level of collective efficiency of the sample as a case,23 kinds of core environmental factors as a condition to explain,causal path analysis of multivariate function relationship,revealing the 17 environmental supply and support for promoting the synergistic effect of combination and 20 to curb supply and the synergistic effect of environment supporting composition,summed up the evidence for the community characteristics and law of development of five compound drive,to achieve " high level " community characteristics of the combination of collective efficacy.The sixth part of the thesis(Chapter 6)is the planning method of urban community environmental efficiency,which belongs to the spatial decision-making stage of mechanism analysis.Based on the above analysis results and the practical application of the experimental results,a community planning method set oriented by enhancing collective effectiveness is proposed.Including the formulation of planning time sequence,planning elements and planning subjects and other aspects of the principle of efficiency;Spatial form and material conditions,social services and economic development of the combination of synergistic content;Developed by five evolution of the three kinds of class space driver path planning guidance,namely to evade public space for the issues,constructing public space,build communication interactive space,combining with the current our country the participation of community planning covers the breadth and depth,build deal with different community types and progress of four kinds of synergistic model,respectively is space attribute decision making,action plans,space reconstruction support,project services to cooperate.
