As an important support and guarantee for infrastructure construction,the oversize cargo transportation is an important part of the freight transportation system and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.Because the dimensions and weight of oversize cargo are quite different from ordinary cargo,and the oversize cargo transportation in many cases requires two or more modes of transportation to complete the transportation task.It is usually necessary to formulate a complete transportation scheme for each transportation task to achieve cross-regional and long-distance multimodal transportation.The transportation schemes not only involve multiple segments such as transportation mode selection,transportation route selection,loading,reinforcement and so on,but also involve the organic integration and combined application of many transportation resources and technologies.The schemes are usually complicated and multi-level.In recent years,the development of data collection technology has broadened the scope of data acquisition,expanded the scale of basic data,and provided optimization and improvement space for the formulation of oversize cargo transportation schemes.In order to reasonably apply the large-scale data to the formulation of oversize cargo transportation schemes,this article proposes a method for formulating oversize cargo multimodal transportation schemes based on the modular chain.On the basis of dividing the scheme formulation by modules,the decision support model applicable to each module is introduced,and the model selection,connection and invocation are completed through the construction of a dynamic module chain,and the basic data and existing models are effectively used to improve the reliability and flexibility of plan formulation.Through the following 5 sections,this article researches and improves the oversize cargo multimodal transportation scheme based on the modular chain in terms of theory and application.(1)Clarified the composition of the oversize cargo multimodal transportation scheme.Based on the network communication technology and data demand,the basic data collection and transmission module is designed.Build the information collection and transmission module architecture of the oversize cargo multimodal transportation scheme from the perception layer,the network layer,and the application layer.(2)Case-based reasoning model method is introduced to initially construct module chain,and propose the cloud model to classify oversize cargo.Use the combined correlation analysis method to retrieve the case database,select the cases with high correlation coefficient,and extract the module selection records and module connection schemes in the case as the initial module chain of the target case.(3)Construct a cursor to decompose the oversize cargo multimodal transportation case overall input information and overall output demand,decompose the overall scheme formulation into partial scheme formulation of sub-module,and use sub-cursors to adjust the initial module chain of the target case.The reliability interval of models is divided by the combination of Fibonacci search and maximum entropy,and the reliability of each model in a specific case is divided by the SVM(Support Vector Machine)classifier.The result of the division and other constraint parameters such as model operation time are used as the basis for model selection.The selected model set is used as the supporting model set of the adjusted module chain.(4)Extract the optimal selection model of each module from the supporting model set for calculation.The calculation result is used as the output of the sub-modules,and the sub-modules can be combined in series or in parallel according to the requirements of the scheme,and the adjusted module chain can be obtained.Use the global efficiency and seepage reliability to calculate the reliability of the module chain,the seepage reliability of the module chain has been tested to reach more than 0.75.And the outputs of module chain are summarized to obtain the final transportation scheme.Use the elimination method to evaluate the reliability of the decision.And complete the filling of missing attributes and the selection of alternatives at this stage.(5)Preliminary construct the oversize cargo multimodal transportation scheme formulation system.And carry out actual case analysis.
