Since the 21st century,major changes have occurred to forest industry production,cutting operation and volume have decreased apparently.The traditional southern skidding methods in mountainous area are mostly agricultural vehicle skidding and tractor skidding,which consume labor intensively,lead to grievous water and soil erosion and contradict with the production demand of modern environmentally friendly forest industry.The main purpose of this research is to investigate a light-weight cableway skidding system which matches up with the features of southern artificial forest,can be transported conveniently and is environmentally friendly.To investigate and optimize key equipment technology of southern artificial forest's cableway skidding system can perfect existing shortcomings in current artificial forest skidding technology and equipment,facilitate extensive application of cableway in artificial forestskidding work,which offers technological support to reducing skidding work's negative impact on ecological environment.This essay mainly studied the following several key equipment technology:Firstly,this essay analyzed the features and weaknesses of traditional skidding cableway system,researches and designates light-weight skidding cableway to lower the difficulty of cableway erection and cost.Secondly,in accordance with features and demands of light-weight skidding cableway,this essay researched corresponding light-weight winch and its components like friction roller,winding roller.Thirdly,this essay researched light-weight carriage and portable support,expanding the skidding subject range.Fourthly,the author optimized brake system,improves winch's security and reduces operation difficulty.Lastly,the author manufactured 2 physical prototypes,conducts relevant production experiments and verifies the practicability of light-weight winch and skidding cableway system.Below were the main achievements of this research:(1)Aiming at taking the circulating cable as main tractive cable,the author optimized 3 different cables,adaptive GS3 cable,cyclic operation cable and partially underhung cyclic cable as well as analyzed mechanics characteristics of 3 types of cables.The adaptive GS3cable can complete all the functions of remote carriage cables,but its roadster weight is much more lessened(only 30 kg),which is equivalent to 30%of the weight of telecontrol roadster.The whole installation cost of cyclic operation cable is above 30%(including 30%)less than that of the traditional cable which needs track cable.(2)Through mechanics and ANSYS dynamics simulation analysis,the author discovered that both the V-shaped groove and compound-section groove friction roller can obviously enhance the equivalent friction coefficient of friction roller.The author also inducted and analyzedthe experience formula for V-shaped groove friction roller traction's calculation as well as the equivalent friction coefficient calculation formula for compound-section friction rollervia experiment and quadratic fit.(3)The author carried out optimization and simulation analysis towards the structure of winding roller based on stress characteristic of winch's winding roller.It came out that after the structural optimization of stiffener rib which is distributed and designed reasonably in the light of winding roller's stress,the winding roller weight can decrease 40%.On the premise of optimizing roller,the light-weight winch whose weight accounts for 56%of that of the traditional same-capacity winch.(4)To prevent the drum brake in the winding roller from losing efficacy and thus the weight(log bundle)suspended to the roadster falls to give rise to accidents,the author creatively proposed and designed a type of pluridentate reversible ratchet-and-pawl immobilizer which can be installed at the head of winding roller.This can guarantee safe clench in the static state as well as separate smoothly during fallback.The pluridentate design can upgrade the immobilizer's indexing and precision effectively and downgrade ratchet-and-pawl arrestment's impact strength.Furthermore,the author deducedpluridentate immobilizer's parameter design formula,which provides theoretical foundation for pluridentate ratchet-and-pawl immobilizer design.
