Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of MCI for the elderly in Changchun area through investigation and research on the elderly in Changchun area.According to the common syndromes in the survey and research results, the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation was selected for clinical research on intervention of elderly MCI,and the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction on elderly MCI was clear.Use systematic reviews to discuss the application and clinical efficacy of TCM treatment of phlegm-resolving and blood-activating therapy in the treatment of elderly MCI.Methods:1.From January 1,2020 to December 31,2020,conduct surveys on the general demographic characteristics, genetic history, past history, lifestyle, congenital five luck and six factors of the elderly over 60 in Changchun, and Enter the survey data into the database.SPSS 25.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis,chi-square test, single factor and multivariate regression to analyze the influencing factors of MCI in the elderly, and finally establish a path model.2.A randomized controlled study method was used to establish Banxia Houpu Decoction to interfere with Gengzi's phlegm and blood stasis in the elderly MCI by using a randomized controlled study method. They were divided into a test group(34 cases)and a control group(33 cases).Intervention with donepezil hydrochloride to evaluate the improvement of cognitive function and TCM symptoms of the two groups.3.Search and screen the RCTs of Chinese medicine for the treatment of elderly MCI with the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation in Chinese and foreign databases, systematically review the final included full-text literature studies, and evaluate the risk of deviation based on Cochane. For the outcome indicators,RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta to judge the efficacy and heterogeneity.Results:1.Investigation and research:A total of 1,003 elderly people were included in this study, including 414 males and 589 females, with an average age of 69.210±7.832 years old,and 324 elderly people with MCI,accounting for 32.3%.The results of the path analysis are as follows:?Tiangan, main qi and cerebrovascular diseases are the direct high risk factors for elderly MCI,and hypertension and diabetes are direct risk factors(standardized path coefficients are:0.146,0.120,0.102,0.069,0.075,respectively);?Sustainability and exercise are the direct protective factors of elderly MCI(standardized path coefficients are-0.079,-0.18);?Sleep and age are indirect risk factors of elderly MCI(standardized path coefficients are-0.085,0.087).2.Clinical research:?Evaluation of the efficacy of cognitive function:the experimental group and the control group had significant efficacy before and after intervention(P<0.01).The improvement rate of the experimental group was 79.4%,the improvement rate of the control group was 81.8%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of visual space/execution ability and delayed recall ability(P<0.05);?Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:the improvement rate of the experimental group was 82.4%,and the improvement rate of the control group was 54.5%,showing a very significant difference with statistical significance(P<0.01).The total symptom score, the main symptom score, the minor symptom score, and the symptom of the lips and claws bruising, dull complexion, etc.,showed extremely significant differences between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.Systematic review:A total of 6 included studies with a total sample size of 434 cases.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for removing phlegm and promoting blood circulation may improve the overall cognitive function of the elderly MCI population, and the outcome indicators of MMSE,CCSE,TCD,and hemorheology,TCM symptom scores are effective.Conclusion:1.The overall cognitive function of the elderly in Changchun area is lower.Compared with other areas with higher cultural and economic levels, the prevalence of MCI in the elderly is higher. The disease is closely related to the five movement and six qi,sleep, exercise, hypertension, diabetes, and cerebrovascular diseases.Among them, natural stem, dominant qi and cerebrovascular diseases have the greatest impact on this disease.2.Through looking at the changes in the five luck and six qi in the Gengzi Year, the proposed prescription Banxia Houpu Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of elderly MCI.Compared with donepezil hydrochloride,it is safer and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients in traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life.3.The traditional Chinese medicine of the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation has good curative effect in the treatment of elderly MCI,and can effectively improve the patient's cognitive function and related TCM symptoms.
