The Method Of Invigorating The Spleen, Dissolving Phlegm And Promoting Blood Circulation For The Treatment Of Sweat Syndrome Of Diabetes

Purpose:Through clinical observation,objective evaluation of spleen invigorating,phlegm removing and blood activating therapy in the treatment of thirst and sweat syndrome,open a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of the disease.Data and method:From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,64 cases of thirst and sweat syndrome were collected from Professor Wang Li's clinic,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the condition that the original scheme of reducing blood sugar remains unchanged,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation is used for one month to observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral and blood glucose before and after treatment.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Among the 64 cases included,4 cases dropped during the observation period,and 60 cases were finally completed.There were 31 male patients and 29 female patients,with an average age of 44.48 ± 11.29 years and an average course of disease of 39.88 ± 14.99 months.2.After treatment,the frequency,area and degree of sweating were significantly improved(P< 0.01),in which 10 cases were cured,accounting for 16.67%;15 cases were effective,accounting for 25%;32 cases were effective,accounting for 53.33%;5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 5%.The total effective rate is 95%.3.Other secondary symptoms,such as chest distress and fatigue,also improved significantly before and after treatment(P < 0.05).4.Fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose decreased significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Li thinks that the basic pathogenesis of diabetes sweat syndrome is spleen deficiency as well as diabetes.2.Professor Wang Li pointed out that when there is phlegm and blood stasis in the patients with spleen deficiency,they often have sweat syndrome.Therefore,the method of invigorating the spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation is used to treat the thirst syndrome.3.The method of invigorating the spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation has definite clinical effect on the treatment of the syndrome of spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis.4.The method of invigorating the spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation can also significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and can help the western medicine to strengthen the hypoglycemic effect.
